Aircraft maintenance engineer bukan macam engineer keja kat ofis bang... more hands on rather that theory & calculation, maintenance engineer belajar dr pengalaman hands on masa trainee, most good lae selalunya masa training dulu ringan tulang, senang bila dah estabish, mana yg maleh tu selalunya kena kencing ngan mekanik je la... kalau ada degree je takde pengalaman masa DCA or QA oral nanti sure sangkutnya coz most of the q ask will be practical question. Maybe leh hafal dr maintenance manual tapi kalau tak buat mana leh ingat...

Correction.
We licensed aircraft engineers does NOT and will NOT memorizes any manual, especially maintenance manual. They are there to be followed word by word.. Its the only approved way/means to work on the aircraft.
