There is so many way to invest. based on your personality and risk profile. Some people prefer active type of investment, which needs constant monitoring while others prefer to sit back and inevest in things that do not need constant attention.

klu i ler dpt selepuk 1 mil tuh, benda 1st dlm pale ni nk gi Makkah with mak and abah!

pastu upgrade la my life a bit. Beli rumah, etc.. rumah my parents kat kg pon akan diupgrade jugak. Pastu... i quit my job now, take any course pasal SME ni... then set up my own business. Dari dulu berangan nak bukak nursery sbb aku suka dgn bunga and HIJAU.

then, it must be my new start for me la that time... invest here and there.. wat keje2 amal jugak selagi termampu, and appreciate every second yg i lalui..

huhu.. behnye klu semua ni jadik kenyataan!

I would invest. Use the profits to donate to charity. In this method, I can donate regularly instead of one lump sum and only for once. The profits will be divided into 2 catagories. 1 is for financial freedom, 2 is for donation.

1 mil can't buy many properties and it takes time to see profits. Invest in pool investments like forex and real estate. Join an investment club and you can make a yearly profits up to 150% in secure investments.

Simpel. Easier said than done.

When we have that kind of resource, we are no longer limited to conventional investment.

This is why, the richer get richer.

No more scalping, long term investing.

I heard from a former Citibank officer in US and Europe have a kind of offshore investment which is guaranteed by major banks with profits of 15% monthly. Your capital is guaranteed as well. Minimum investment is USD100 mil.
Good thing is your bank in M'sia just need to show proof of fund to the offshore bank which handles your investment.
Your money stays in your bank, safely but you can't touch it until the investment period is over.
Now you know why the rich are getting richer. If you don't have that amount of money, don't worry, you can join the pool. Min is only USD1 mil.............. I have invested USD2 mil ...... just kiddin.

jap ...1 mil = 1,000,000

1.  beli rumah teres dua tingkat 5 bijik ( abt 200,000 x 5 )
huh? dah habis dah?

okay, tukar plan:

1.  beli rumah teres dua tingkat 3 bijik ( abt 200,000 x 3 = 600,000)
2.  pay-off my fren punya hutang 100,000
3.  gi haji sementara muda n sihat, takyah susah2 gi haji bila dah tua nanti ..
( dunno how much, RM 50 k cukup?)
= tinggal 250,000

4.  bagi parents, adik beradik, pakcik makcik, sanak saudara 50,000
5.  beli buku bagi library sekolah lama n library kat kampung 50,000
6.  scholarship for budak2 tak mampu from my old school 50,000
7.  bagi kat sekolah budak2 buta/pekak/bisu near my place 100,000
= balance RM 0

* rumah teres 3 bijik tu, satu untuk sendiri ..dua tu sewa, pastu pencen ..hidup dengan duit sewa jer kot?

A RM200K terrace can fetched an average of RM800-1000.
A RM100K apartment also can fetch RM800.
With RM600K, you could buy 6 apartments which give you a monthy rental income of RM4,800 as opposed to RM3000 on the terrace.
You make an additional of RM1200 per month or RM24,000 per year.

This is investment.

Hence, there lie our differences
I seek convenience ..
and foolish it may seem to many
I抎 gladly do without the extra money
over the choice of my chosen neighbours ..
