Richard St.Scott..I baca bio dia and apparently he has a black belt in Judo..so cool...
all that video reminds me of the book Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell..dah lama baca buku tu and this few days I spend re-reading that book...
have you read that book...?...
Hard work
There is one chapter I love to read;Rice Paddies and Math Tests. basically it is about life of a rice farmer in Southern China and how there is a clear relationship between effort and reward in rice farming..The harder you work a rice field,the more it yield..like this quote;
No one who can rise before dawn three hundred sixty days a year fails to make his family rich
Focus..
I think there is a connection between focus and doing math question. The thing with doing math question is not that a person is so smart that he/she can answer it..that person just stay longer than most other people did before they give up and move on to other thing.
Passion
this is hard.. i don;t know...how to follow your passion when you have soo many passion...>.<..
but I like when he said this...
No matter how much we love what we do,there is always going to be stuff that we don;t love.
The trick is to make sure the stuff you don;t love only takes up 20 percent of your time..
