another advise..request for water proofing treatment dgn serious. it best kalau suruh yr contructor tambah water proofing addative dalam concrete and waterproofing compound diluar sebelum tiling. jgn ambil ringan dgn water proofing (ask for method statement on how the water proofing will be install during construction)...once leaking aduiiiii!!! pening kepala u...

This is eva's husband. I cannot be bothered to register my name so l will just use
my wife's name instead. I hope the moderator will allow this. Thanks.

Am grateful to Sako and Sang Garang both for your invaluable comments and
suggestions. I will certainly take it on board.
Regarding the swimming pool that we have in our villa, it comes as a package and you cannot separate them both. The package comes either with or without
swimming pool. If buyers decided to buy the villa with the swiming pool then they have to engaged with the contractor appoied by the developer. There is no running away from it. Now as a buyer l am fully aware of the pros and con and l have checked the contractor name and they are of a reputable company. I have no doubt that they will make a good pool based on the specification outlined in the
contract. There are so many added features that comes with the construction of
the pool which has pushed the charges up but l  am certain that the standard is
up to scratch. Besides l like the shape and the design.

The construction of the pool comes with maintenance so l will not worry too
much about repairs and maintenance.

If this pool turns bad, we will just need to build another one. .

I am looking to buy some other properties within Bandar baru Bangi and Kajang
for my wife and also in Miri and Taiping as Holiday homes. Any suggestion?.

I ta tau sgt area bangi or kajang. Tapi i na suggest area cheras. new township they call it bandar alam damai...nice bunglo and bunglo lot..very high  with really nice view...i tgk the price very attractive contohnya bunglo lot is only RM65 per sq foot. and bunglo with 4000sqft not even 1.5mil....there also a road leading to SILK highway to kajang, serdang bangi........hv a look11

Thank you so much Sang Garang. I will certainly have a look at Ceras. I went to
school there years ago.

If my wife likes it, she can have one there but as l said l would prefer either
Kajang or Bandar Baru Bangi or even will consider Putrajaya. Good friend of mine
Tan Sri Dr T..stays at BBB.

Have a pleasant day Sang Garang.

ini s/Pool contoh dari de'jou technologies.....
memang semua automatic. Just tukar sarung yang disediakan 2 hari sekali. Kalau hujan selalunya kena tukar kerap sebab air tu bercampur ngan air hujan jadi cepat kotor.
