renewing kancil's road tax is just Rm20?

even my motorcycle road tax cost around rm200..

That is the problem with goverment. They reduced the road tax on small cars to compensate the increase in fuel price.
Do small cars need reduction in road tax to save on petrol?

My wife does. I bought it from my sis-in-law who had won it in a contest 4 years ago. She offered the car at RM20K. I needed a replacement for my rusty, run down Proton Saga back then.

well..since i am young, vibrant and sporty, i chose to have something like number 4.
i liked all sportscar and i almost make it my 2nd career until my dad stopped me.
hihihi org gile kate dia.
skrg ni drive sportscar buatan mesia je - GTi ...budget duit maa...hihihi
i wish i could have Brabus K4 or BMW M3. very2 poweful engine and all stuffs...

but coming back to ur issue of whether its a necessity or luxury?
I would say its 75% a necessity. if you live in a precinct or country that upholds the importance of public transport then car can be a 2nd choice.
also to me driving a car give me total control of what i drive in my life.
its usually a necessity if you have one and you totally use it. then 2nd car can be called a luxury due to the extra finances and funds... ihihi  best nye

When I first bought a car, I think necessity first. My main purpose is to get to work and to go home.
So I bought a 2nd hand Proton. I used it for for than a decade and became a junk if you had look at the condition.
In 2004 I decided something more than just to travel from one place to another. I want a solid, safe and comfortable car. So I bought a 2nd Audi. Driving experience has changed since I bought this Audi. Before that I tot all cars are the same. Never really study about cars then.
