i got this off a magazine

According to a texas obstetrician, by following a simple diet & sex regime can influence in conceiving a baby girl. with a success rate of 97%, he explains that if a women is given a high calcium, high magnesium, low sodium, low potassium diet for a period of 6-8 weeks prior to conception, her receptor sites on the egg attract only X sperm & repel the Y sperm; resulting in conception of a female. in reverse of this diet, the result is a male child.

apperently also, a couple are supposed to have sex as much as possible in the afternoons & with her on top, with the guy having a hot bath beforehand.

so i guess its worth trying for those who wants a baby girl....

Masa saya mengandung anak kedua.., memang nak sangat baby girl, so I dapatkan advice dari GP... 3 month b4 tu saya amik folic asid dan ngan "teknik2 tertentu" serta hanya makan benda yang masam je... cam limau, mangga dan amik gak air gas... saya tak amik langsung makanan laut dalam tempoh tu.., tapi kadang bantai gak... :lol kira kena gak pantang makan seafood ni sampai le saya 12 wks pegnen... dan alhamduliah Allah kurniakan saya baby girl...

Hasil kajian Prof. Roger Hanrion, seorang pakar perbidanan dan sakit puan dan Dr. Francois Papa seorang
pakar runding di bidang yang sama di Por Royal Hospital, Paris, mendapati:

i. Untuk mendapat anak lelaki ibu disyorkan supaya memakan makanan yang mengandungi lebih daging,
buah-buahan dan bergaram

ii. Untuk mendapat anak perempuan pula, makanlah makanan yang kaya dengan lemak dan juga makanan
yang dibuat daripada susu

Menurut kajian tersebut, ibu-ibu yang menagamalkan pemakanan mengikut petua diatas, peluang untuk
mendapat anak yang dihajati adalah diantara 75 - 80 peratus. Tetapi apabila ibu-ibu tersebut tidak lagi
mengikuti pemakanan yang ditentukan, hasilnya dengan serta merta menurun menjadi 65, 60 dan 55
peratus


2. MELALUI MASA SUBUR SESEORANG

Waktu tidur boleh diketahui dengan cara mengambil suhu badan ibu yang diambil sewaktu bangun dari tidur di waktu pagi. Bagi wanita yang waktu bekerjanya di sebelah malam, maka suhu badan boleh diambil
selepas 6 jam tidur secara berterusan. Catatkan suhu badan selama berturut-turut untuk jangkamasa
selama 3 bulan. Dengan cara ini anda akan dapat melihat satu bentuk geraf. Daripada geraf berkenaan
anda dapat melihat bilakan masa subur anda. Dengan cara ini jantina anak boleh ditentukan, iaitu:

i. Untuk mendapat anak lelaki, persetubuhan perlu dilakukan pada hari subur

ii. Untuk mendapat anak perempuan pula, persetubuhan perlu dilakukan 24 jam sebelum waktu subur.

Keadaan ini terjadi kerana di dalam air mani lelaki terkandung berjuta-juta benih yang berbentuk seperti Y
dan X, sementara di dalam benih perempuan pula terkandung benih X sahaja. Sekiranya benih lelaki yang
berbentuk X bercantum dengan benih perempuan maka ia akan menghasilkan XX iaitu anak perempuan.
Manakala benih lelaki yang berbentuk Y apabila bercantum dengan benih perempuan akan menghasilkan
XY iaitu anak lelaki.

Benih Y ini dikatakan lebih cergas dan pantas bergerak daripada benih X, tetapi benih berkenaan tidak
dapat hidup lama iaitu dalam masa 24 jam sahaja. Benih X pula walaupun agak perlahan pergerakannya,
tetapi boleh hidup lebih daripada 24 jam.


3. TAHAP KEASIDANAN

Tahap keasidan lendir di dalam kemaluan perempuan dikatakan boleh menentukan jantina anak.

i. Untuk mendapat anak perempuan cecair berkenaan perlulah berkeadaan asid. Oleh itu, dicadangkan
supaya wanita membasuh kemaluan dengan sedikit asid cair sebelum melakukan persetubuhan.

ii. Unutuk mendapat anak lelaki pula, cecair berkenaan perlulah berkeadaan alkali. Oleh itu, dicadangkan
supaya wanita membasuh kemaluan dengan 揵ikarbonat

ekekekek bukan la...If you want a baby girl: Female to be on the top position & male to be on the bottom so that the Y spermatozoon to reach the destination slower

Choice of a baby BOY or GIRL

Hope it is useful for some of you in planning stage.  For those of you do not have any plan in the near future, you can keep it for future reference.

Background:
Man? sperm consists of X & Y spermatozoa, X spermatozoon decides the female whereas Y is the male.  Referring to these physiological properties of the spermatozoa, gynecologists set up the theory of ?hoice of a girl or a boy?.


1st factor:  Food
If you want a baby girl:
Husband must eat more alkaline food, wife eats more acidic food.
If you want a baby boy:
Husband eats more acidic food, wife eats more alkaline food.

Alkaline food:  vegetables, fruits, egg white, milk, algae, etc.
Acidic food:  meat, seafood, etc.


2nd factor:  Timing (When to do it?)
If you want a baby girl:
Frequent copulation during pre-ovulation period.
If you want a baby boy:
Copulating just before ovulation or just after ovulation.

How to confirm ovulation period:
Body temperature increases (you may want to use SPC chart to monitor your body temperature here).


3rd factor:  Penetration (How to do it?)
If you want a baby girl:
Husband to avoid deep penetration in the female vagina during copulation.
If you want a baby boy:
Deep penetration by the husband is suggested.

Reasoning:
Characteristics of X & Y spermatozoa
-        X:  Marathon runner with good stamina
-        Y:  Sprinter but poor stamina
So, with deep penetration, the chances for Y to reach destination will be higher.


4th factor:  Stimulation
If you want a baby girl:
Wife should avoid stimulation during copulation.  Secretion from female vagina becomes alkaline when stimulated, therefore this promotes the activity of Y spermatozoon.
If you want a baby boy:
Husband ejaculates after wife has been stimulated.


5th factor:  Wife? Preparation
If you want a baby girl:
Rinse the vagina with solution dissolving 2 spoonfuls of white vinegar in 1 liter of water.  Since an acidic condition decreases activity of Y spermatozoon.
If you want a baby boy:
Rinse the vagina with solution dissolving 2 spoonfuls of soda in 1 liter of water.


6th factor:  Positioning
If you want a baby girl:
Female to be on the top position & male to be on the bottom position.
If you want a baby boy:
Male to be on the top position & female to be on the bottom position.  This posture allows the Y spermatozoon to reach the destination faster.

apa kaitan deep penetration or not? bcoz at the end of the day...how deeeeeeep u go..if no ejaculation...no baby will come out. and even wthout penetration the baby still can come out happily. eg bayi tabung uji.

ni satu lagi. apa mksud stimulate? stim ker?? kalo yer la maksudnya stim...bole ke peniz masuk vagina tnpa wife stim dulu...at least kena wet le kan..dan wet tu x diconsider sbg secretion ker? i dunno..im a man..but i bet pretty pain to wife n pretty difficult for hubby. dan kalo ejaculate before wife stim..ni dah kira hubby tu syok sendiri. so pasni kalo wife tnya 'apsal abg cepat sgt ni..' .bg je alasan ni... deep penatration means the deeper the penatration the easier the Y spermatozoa can enter the ovum. in lay man's talk... Y ni nak jalan dekat je... if jauh2 sgt dia mati.... thus giving the X spermatozoa better chance = baby girl.

in the case of IVF babies, all X & Y spermatozoa have equal chances since they are met up in a petrie dish. thus its the survival of the fittest.

the tips here are given for those who wants to try to conceive naturally not IVF
