pnut, haritu ada tanya pasal resepi roti yg tak perlu uli kan...maisya pernah post dah lama dulu , resepi dari Betty Crocker ... rasanya tak de kat archive so maisya tepek sekali lagi

saya akan bagi pada kawan...

pasal resepi roti yang maisya try pakai tepung gandum tu...

cousin sy dok kat us, dia belajar buat roti dengan pak arab and pakistan kat sana, katanya depa buat roti mmg pakai tepung gandum je,
tak der bread improver, bread softener bagai...

ramuan asas mesti tepung gandung, yeas dan fresh milik...

fresh milk mesti ada...
rasanya fresh mlik itu menjadi roti lembut, tanpa bread improver...

I selalu beli yis dalam paket yang besar. walaupun dah lima tahun expired tarikhnya tapi  kualiti yis tu tetap sama saja.
Petuanya ialah simpan yis tu di dalam bekas yang kedap udara (I simpan dalam botol) dan kemdian simpan pulak di bahagian freezer bukan di bahagian bawah petiais macam kebanyakan orang buat. Bila nak pakai, keluarkan amout yang nak pakai (boleh terus pakai, tak payah nak thaw) dan simpan balik dalam freezer.
insyaallah, yis tu akan tahan lama.

rasanya kalau beli mauripan kat bake shop ok kot sbb stok slalu update..
klau kat kedai biasa takut yg dah lama..

nak tanya,

klau resepi tu kena guna bread mesin, sy uli dgn tangan saja agak2 jadi dak....?

sy tengok bun coklat kak liza kena guna bread mesin tp sy tak dak la.....

secara asasnya:

tepung + gula + garam - gaul sebati, then baru masukkan yis. gaul sebati.
yis tak boleh kena garam secara langsung..nnt yis 'mati'

klau guna air/susu suam...pastikan tahap kepanasan tu tak terlalu panas. sbb yis akan mati jgk sbb temp tinggi...

uli sebati sampai licin..

contohnya roti2 yg MAISYA buat...semuanya uli guna tangan
