Roti Naik resepi yg kak penyulawa post dulu. Tak bubuh pewarna kuning. Guna tepung biasa je. Roti Naik ni kalau guna tepung biasa pun still lembut jer. Maybe sebab penggunaan soft brown sugar tu kot.

akak nipun kekadang kalau dah kekurangan tepung roti, campur jer ngan tepung yang ada kat rumah tu.  tapi tpg red ros tu mmg bgs sbb tepung ni kalau tak silap tepung kek jugak.  ia lebih halus dr tepung gandum biasa.  tepung superfine tu pun boleh buat roti gak

kero, apa rasa panettone nih eh?  dah lama nak cuba tapi tak confident.  nak intro kat customer cam susah jerk, sbb kita sendirik pun x penah tengok apalagi la merasa   ish... malunya...

PANETTONE BREAD [Kero_kero]
Source : SAJI, Oktober 2006



Bahan Doh:
85 gm mentega
1/2 sudu kecil garam
60 gm gula
2 sudu kecil vanilla
3 biji telur
280 gm tepung gandum
60 gm kismis
60 gm isi oren

Bahan Yis (starter dough):
1/3 cawan susu segar suam
7 gm serbuk yis
70 gm tepung serbaguna (all purpose flour)

Bahan sapuan (topping):
60 gm almond flakes
60 gm gula aising
1 susu kecil tepung jagung
1 biji putih telur
60 gm almond cincang

Cara:

1. Utk bahan yis, satukan yis dgn susu suam & kacau. Tuang keatas tepung & gaul. Tutup bekas dgn plastik & biarkan selama 45 minit.
2. Satukan mentega, garam, gula & esen vanila & putar hingga sebati. Masukkan tepung gandum & telur & kacau hingga sebati. Campurkan adunan bahan yis dgn adunan doh tadi & adun dgn mixer hingga sebati. Masukkan kismis & isi oren.
3. Tutup adunan dgn plastik & biarkan ia mengembang 2 kali ganda. Selepas 2 jam, tumbuk adunan utk mengeluarkan angin.
4. Uli doh & taburkan sedikit tepung. Uli & balikkan beberapa kali. Alas acuan dgn kertas minyak. Masukkan doh dlm acuan & biarkan selama 2 jam.
5. Utk bahan sapuan, almond cincand & gula dikisar hingga lumat. Satukan bahan kisar dgn tepung jagung & putih telur. Gaul sebati. Tuang atas adunan yg diperap 2 jam tadi. Ratakan & tabur almond flakes. Taburkan gula aising di atasnya.
6. Panaskan oven pd suhu 190 darjah C & Bakar selama 50 minit.

mg resepi dr Saji..buat pon sbb dia ada bg pic step by step..
biasa, cuci mata je tengok resei kat saji ni..takut ada yg X jadi
nampak mcm bnyk bahan je..tp bg kero senang je resepi ni sbb baling je dlm mixer, x payah uli sgt pon.

Penyu,

rasa dia mcm roti kismis tu..cuma lg best sbb topping almond tu crunchy.

Wah hebat sekali....berjenis-jenis roti platinum buat ye.....rajin macam
dah boleh bukak kedai roti.....tahniah...:pompom:

Selalu jugak buat roti tapi guna bread machine aje..senang...lupa nak ambil gambar.
Nanti kalau buat  kita tempeklah kat sini.

saya wat roti tak letak bread improver pon lembut gak roti...yang penting mesti guner superfine flour laa.....

shortening ialah lemak sayuran....sifat dia  cam marjerin (sbb tak yah letak kat peti ais) cumer warna nya putih.....bukan kuning .sekian terima kasih.
