last saturday pegi rumah my inlaw kat johor. next morningnya mereka ajak pegi bakery shop n beli barang2 nak buat cheesecakes. sebab satu rumah ni cheesecakes lovers, cuma my ipar ni tak tau nak buat,selalu beli je. so kami pun dok dapur n buat 3 jenis cheesecakes ni : chilled peachcakes, tiramisu pandan and baked plain cheesecakes.

Alhamduillah semua turns out marvellous. so i share the pics with u guys.
cuma tang deco plain cheesecakes tu keh keh.. tak berapa reti so lepas taruk whipped cream tu letak je choc chips yg coklat n putih tu.. budak2 suka

p/s: nhuda, i've tried guna filehive so that u could also view the pics, tp pic jadik kecik sgtle, tatau nak adjust..
so tpksa le guna photobucket gaks



ni close up satu persatu..

hehe, arsha nak tau.. ahad tu nak balik rumah, my SIL tanya nak bawak kek tu balik sikit ke?.. tapi camner nak bawak, journey makan masa dlm 4hrs.. so i kata taklehle, nanti lama sgt terdefrost.. tak sedap..

tapi bila dah balik rumah, teringat n rasa teringin lak nak makan, ended up malam tadi i baked one more cheesecake.. gambar nanti i tepek.

i memang selalu je simpan stok satu dua ketul cream cheese dlm fridge, bila2 teringin trus je buat

Kek Cheese Berlapis

1kg cheese philadelphia
2 tin susu manis tinggi
4 bungkus biskut salt cheese
1 botol kecil susu segar
nestum

Cara membuatnya :

1. Pukul cheese dan susu sehingga sebati
2. Lapik acuan dengan plastik
3. Masukkan 3 senduk adunan cheese kedalam acuan dan di sapu rata
4. Celupkan biskut cheese kedalam susu
5. Susunkan biskut di atas adunan cheese di dalam acuan tadi
6. Sapukan adunan cheese di atas biskut yg disusun
7. Taburkan nestum dan susun biskut
8. Ulangi sehingga habis
9. Masukkan kedalam freezer semalam sebelum dipotong utk di makan

Terliur tgk Kek Cheese awak tu, biskut salt cheese tu yg macamana?? Brand apa yg awak guna..

Last week first time saya buat Cheese Cake. Simple menu tapi sedap rasanya.




Cheese Cake
Bahan-bahan

250gm cream cheese (Room temperature)
50ml susu segar
3 biji telur (asingkan kuning dan putih)
100gm gula kastor
30gm tepung jagung
2 tablespoon jus lemon (saya tak gunapun sebab tak ada)
1/2 teaspn cream of tartar


Cara-cara
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu  175c. Lapik loyang dengan kertas minyak.

2. Lembutkan dahulu cream cheese dalam mangkuk. Tambahkan susu dan putar dengan kelajuan sederhana.
3. Tambah 1/2 gula kastor, kuning telur, tepung jagung, jus lemon dan cream of tartar, combined together.
4. Putar putih telur dalam mangkuk berasingan hingga kental. Tambah gula yang berlebihan sedikit demi sedikit dan putar lagi hingga betul-betul kental.

5. Fold separuh dari adunan putih telur dalam adunan cream cheese perlahan-lahan. Akhir sekali, masukkan lebihan putih telur dalam adunan cream cheese dan fold gently but thoroughly.
6. Water bath bake for 45 mins on the lower shelf.
7. Leave in the tin until cool enough to handle.

semalam balik kerja tak sabar nak makan ciskek. yg ni takmekap apa pun, sekadar letak blueberry jam je, pastu ngap.

oh ya, skg ni bila buat cheesecake, dah tak buat lagi base pakai biskut.. senang guna sponge cake je.. senang pun senang, nak potong pun senang..
cheesecake ni guna resepi kak hanieliza.

akak pakai yang loose bottom. Lupa nak cakap. Balut dulu bawah loyang tu dengan aluminium foil kalau nak buat water bath. Kalau tidak, kek tu lembab sikit kat bawah tu.
