Tadi buat biskut ni resepi dari Betty Crocker. Resepi yg sama cuma buat 2 bentuk, satu tekan dengan garfu dan satu lagi bubuh choc chips kat atasnya.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Prep Time:25 min  
Start to Finish:2 hr 35 min  
Makes:2 1/2 dozen cookies  

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, butter and egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.
2. Heat oven to 375篎.  
3. Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped into sugar.  
4. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.

salam..smlm dah buat 2 jenis biskut utk raya haji neh..buat biskut sarang semut resepi kak liza dgn biskut cornflack resepi sue...akhirnya menjadi jugak buat biskut corflack yg rangup dan sedap..tq sue utk resepi dan tq utk kak liza jugak..pic nnti sy tepek ye..mls nk trnsfer lg..hehe

Bila terpandang biskut peanut butter betty crockers ni, akak
terkenang cerita dulu2 masa akak belajar kat us. Akak ada mak
angkat mat saleh masa belajar tu. Dia hadiahkn buku masakan betty
crockers ni. Sebabkn biskut ni lah yg paling senang dalam buku
masak tu, maka selalulah jadi hidangan masa musim perayaan. Hilang
juga rasa teringin makan kuih raya. Tp sejak balik m'sia mmg tak
pernah buat lg. Ni baru teringat nak buat balik.

nak tanya....tadi time sy cairkan coklat utk coating snow almond dia jadi berketul2...pastu dia bau hapak....

padahal expired date bulan 8 tahun depan....dan coklat tu dibeli bulan posa lepas....

coklat tu sy simpan dlm kotak kecil.....hmm coklat kena simpan dlm bekas kedap udara ker?....camna nak elakkan coklat rosak...?

jarang laa coklat nk bau hapak..mungkin coklat tu terlampau lama kot..
biasanya saya simpan dalam peti ais bila dah bukak..tapi still balut dgn plastik laa..
kalau tak pun letak je kat tempat kering yg biasa saya letak tepung, tin milo dsb.
saya sarankan supaya pinky bawak belen coklat tu dan tunjukkan kepada supplier tu..mintak ganti rugi..

Guna resepi Coffee Cookies ni tapi ubah sikit, campur serbuk koko..so jadik Mocha Cookies la...terlebih rajin bubuh dlm piping bag dan pipe bentuk macam rose guna nozzle star....tapi adunan ni bila dah lama dia agak keras sikit so susah nak pipe, bila dah akhir-akhir tu maisya just senduk guna sudu jer.

Bahan-bahan
240g tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil baking powder
3 sudu besar instant coffee ( maisya guna 2 sb coffee dan 1 sb serbuk koko )
1 biji telur
80g gula halus
60g gula perang
100g unsalted butter- suhu bilik

Cara-cara
-Ambik 2 sudu besar instant coffee campurkan dengan 2 sudu besar air panas. Kacau dan ketepikan.
-Pukul butter sehingga jadi bentuk krim
-Dalam bekas lain, campurkan kedua-dua jenis gula dan kacau.
-Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam butter. Pukul sehingga putih/ kembang
-Masukkan telur sikit demi sedikit dan pukul lagi
-Kemudian masukkan pula instant coffee yang telah dicairkan. Kacau.
-Dalam bekas lain, ayak tepung gandum dengan baking powder. Kemudian campurkan 1 sudu besar
instant coffeeyg tak dicampur dengan air(ni maisya guna serbuk koko). Kacaukan.
-Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam adunan butter tadi sambil dikacau.
-Drop adunan tadi ke atas loyang yang dilapik dengan oven paper. Taburkan sedikit instant coffee ke atasnya.(tak buat pun)
-Bakar dengan suhu 180C selama 15-20 minit (maisya bakar dengan suhu 160 C, api atas & bawah..selama 10 minit untuk yg saiz nipis dan kecik...15 minit utk yg besar dan tebal)
