appam aiskrim ni resepi yg akak tempek sebelum ni ek...?cantikla kak....

nape tak lembut pulak pinky?biarkan lama mana?akak pernah buat jd  keras.akak bancuh adunan tu pg pastu dlm pukul 3 akak kukus..apam tu jd mcm keras sikit maybe sbb tk cukup rehat kot.tp yg akak bancuh mlm then kukus pg mmg jd lembut jer

akak selalu bancuh dlm pukul 9 mcm tu..pg kukus dlm pukul 7 jugaklah..adunan dia takdelah pekat atau cair sgt..air akak guna ikut resepi tu lah 300ml..sampai ptg pun apam tu masih lembut lg.

Bila first time buat apam indon menjadi....Cheewah dengan bangganya ana promised my son buat apam indon bawa ke sekolah utk sambutan hari guru....
Tapi..............SO SAD.....
Tak menjadi laa pulak.....
proses pembuatan berjalan lancar...ana pun kukus....after 40 minit....ana angkat le penutup tu....laaaa  apam tu naik sampai melekat kat penutup yg dibalut kain...and terangkat sekali..semua (kira lekang)...pastu dia jatuh...and apam ana yg mula menggunung tetiba jadi...bantat...apa sal yek? FRUST sungguh.......Ana guna loyang saiz 11 inci...(loyang besar sgt ker?)

santan = susu segar/cair...

pasal santan serbuk tu kak rimbun boleh campur air ikut sukatan yg dia nak...

santan kotak pun ok saja....
