aku setuju... actually untuk loss fat, kena upkan metabolisme.. cara terbaik ialah jaga makan dan tambah muscle dalam badan.. kalau cardio, lebih untuk jantung dan peredaran darah dalam badan. Improve jantung nyer wellness penting untuk pembinaan sel sel badan. tapi untuk tambah muscle kena ada weight training. maybe dalam 15% cardio 85% weight training is good.

Cardio = healthy heart + loss of water + lost of muscle.

aku ni jenis yg cepat naik.. cepat turun.. kalau makan banyak sikit jer lunch tuh..
malam dah nampak kesan kegemukan.. payah.. nak diet pun jadi malas..

nasib baik bidang aku besar skrg... sbb buat workout dulu dulu... smpai skrg ada kesannya lagi... even v shape still nampak lagi...

tp bab perut tu... aku still tak puas hati...

seluar still pakai size 29 tp lately dah ketat gilerr.....
