Semalam bertempat di le Meridian Hotel, tauke aka amran dengan lahap mempelajari makanan jepun sebagai persediaan ke Hokaido...
Habis malanan jepun, smoke salmon mentah, ikan putih mentah,.aku pon lupa nama ,,,sushi, sumi..mamee,,,habis diratahnya...
so sesiapa nak makan kat Le meridian, boleh ajak saya...u all bawak saya, u allakan diajar table etiqutte, food appreciation...bukan wine appreciation...
bill....kalau u all pergi sorang , kena bayar dalam 80 ringgit nett,,,,bawak saya pon 80 rinngit nett,....dan saya tak perlu bayar......

Adakah hari ini akan membawa 'ONG' kpd geng2 Univest?
Kalau kita berusaha, tak kira berapa haribulan pun, rezeki tetap akan bertambah.

Kebelakangan ni takde berita yg positif........
The market fell for the third time this week as investors took profits while waiting for goodies from the upcoming Budget. Plantation stocks rebounded from its 11-month lows to stem losses on the benchmark index. IOI Corp jumped 3.9% and KL Kepong climbed 4.2% to lift the index off its intra-day low of 1,119. The benchmark index lost 4.0pts or 0.4% to end at 1,129.56. We may see the index retest the 1,120 support again today after Dow Jones lost 1.9% last night.

Plantation Sector Update - Rising downside risk for CPO price
The 20% drop in CPO price in just three weeks has rattled sentiment in the palm oil market and has also taken us by surprise. We now believe that there is downside risk to our 2009 CPO price forecast if oilseed crop prospects in key planting areas continue to improve. In view of this risk, we have scaled back our target P/Es for planters, resulting in target price cuts of 11-34%. Sime Darby is reduced from outperform to NEUTRAL while Asiatic, Sampoerna Agro and Hap Seng Plantation are relegated from neutral to UNDERPERFORM. We think that the recent share price correction has removed the P/E premium accorded to the sector but does not factor in the rising downside risk to CPO price. Maintain UNDERWEIGHT. |
