I pun tak covered by insurance. But PCMC ni were so good to me....I masuk nearly 10pm, beranak tgh2 mlm but they all tak sibuk pun nak mintak2 deposit. Bila my husband tanye, they all kata takpe, they want to prep me up for surgery first etc etc....The next day, around 11am baru they all dtg bilik for the deposit.

saya semalam pegi PCMC utk chek up , first time suspen pegi tempat org kaya nih

first impression memang kagum, ...so far alhamdulillah layanan OK, saya pegi jumpa Dr Seri Suniza, sbb tu je gynae perempuan, dr nye peramah, nurse nya baik baik...bila cek list harga ubat suami cakap lagi berpatutan dari hospital yg kita selalu pergi
yg paling best sebab tak ramai org, saya ambik masa dlm sejam saja utk semua, lepas tu boleh masuk opis, tak banyak buang masa mcm hospital saya dulu
satu benda yg tak bestnya pasal parking rate, kalau multiple entrance kena caj rm10 flat rate

mase nak deliver kat pusrawi i ade buat lawak kat husband - kalau dokter suh ceaser, cari ambulance bawak i gi GH kat depan tu tau... tp last2 i ceaser jugak kat pusrawi tu, saja la melawak kan. tp kalau ade complication yg lebih dr tu, i will definitely ask to be transfered ke government hospital

mmg ada case camni..esp very2 serious cases .. kalau ditunggu kat private tu kang mau cecah puluh2 ribu. kalau byk duit takpe kan, tp kalau setakat prepare 10k or less macamana

ada kes gynae kat private hospital tak sanggup handle terus tolak ke government pon ada gak... i baca someone's experience kat thread hospital yg panjang puluh2 page tu

ada byk men de pelik2 boleh jadi mase nak bersalin ni..nauzubillah.. contoh nya amniotic fluid embolism - Amniotic fluid embolism (AFE) is a rare and incompletely understood obstetric emergency in which amniotic fluid, fetal cells, hair or other debris enters the mother's blood stream via the placental bed of the uterus and triggers an allergic reaction. This reaction then results in cardiorespiratory (heart and lung) collapse and coagulopathy. (wikipedia). ini yg dokter suspect berlaku kat kawan i yg coma bersalin kat sepital private in pe nang.

Hmm looks like i kena up lagi my budget bersalin ni. We've waited for 7 yrs. It's worth it...

yes, u should my dear...budget biar lebih..in case ader complication kan (nauzubillah)...my case dulu..masa awal2 pregnancy, i suh my hubby check with his company, coverage utk delivery ada capping atau tak..ntah dah dpt instinct kot tak bleh deliver normal masa tu..hehe..sudahnya...hospital bill dlm 11k++...bbrp ratus lg nak cecah 12k..

U r right storm. I'm 35 weeks minggu ni. Blm apa2 I dah ada instinct penakut & tak tahan sakit. Insyallah everything will go smoothly but we never know la kan.

Anyway, next Friday I ada appt dgn Dr Paul ni. If anybody ada apa2 queries, I'm more than happy to raise them to him.

are u gonna go and try normal? my two friends who have had precious pregnancies like you all opted for c-section..

i WILL TRY to go for normal. Err boleh ke saja2 pilih for c-sect? I thot elective c-sect ni kalu kita dah tahu awal2 baby ni tak engage or breech ke. I mmg tak reti pun sebab this is my 1st. And then masa jumpa dr Paul, dia takde pun suggest go for c-sect.

The only thing dia tanya I (for now ni la) is whether I nak epidural ke tidak. I was about to give a firm 'No' for an answer but bila ingat sakit buat HSG dulu, I cakap kat dia that i'll keep that option open & will take his advice if he thinks I need it. Dr Paul pun ok je, dia takde push for anything. Easy going lah.

TAPI kan, kalau lah ada labor package yg combine elective c-sect + tummy tuck, mmg I takkan hesitate amik option tu

In my case dulu...during pregnancy mmg all smooth sailing...aktip pi sana sini..just after my gynae bitau, "tomorrow u admit utk induce"...i call my hubby dia cam terkejut..dia kata i sounded like nothing happen tho nak kena induce kan...i plak masa tu dah lepas ke great eastern mall..having my last yummie lunch sblm confinement...hehe..tapi kuasa Tuhan kan..during delivery tu, progress very slow...induced kul 9..kul 1am start sakit, kul 8am, dr pecahkan air, kul 6.30pm first push, 7.00pm vacuum,7.15pm forceps,7.30 emergency ceaser n 7.45pm tarraraaa..baby kuar...Alhamdulillah...

Bukan nak takutkan u...nothing to be afraid of...really...your gynae will do anything just to ensure it was a smooth one...this is for sure..Biasanya...gynae akan bg u chance to deliver normal dulu..they won't simply potong perut u...betul ler as suggested by your gynae tu..

masa i deliver dulu..prince court tak ujud lagi...i went to see Datuk Dr. Aziz @ Glen..same goes as the 2nd one ni...sbb record suma dah ada dgn dia...

my pray for you...dah tak lama lg dah tu...sabar yar???

i berminat nak try pegi ke prince court utk checkup monthly sbb ade bad experience di hospital kerajaan. selalunya i pegi ke annur bangi, tapi....monthlynya boleh cecah rm250 per visit...kopak jugakla. ade any comments on checkup cost kat sini? average berapa and how it varies between gynae ke gynae? sbb sendiri bayar lorr...kena budget.

itula pasal delifrance...tgh cari option lain sementara kandungan awal lg...and probnyer...rasa cam tak berbaloi rm250 dgn consultationnya. masuk kejap aje, tunggu dekat 3-4 jam. pastu bila daku menanya soklan2 buduh...mcm dr tu malas nak layanla...huhu...

thanks for the well wish storm. ada my friend baru ni deliver kat hukm, induced 3x tapi tak menjadi gaks. last2 kena emergency c-sect. berbelas ribu gak bill, the sakit goes without saying la. i'm sure there are plenty of scary stories tapi byk gak yg deliver dgn jayanya

eddina, i cant say for dr seri, but for dr paul... the waiting time is reasonable, tak pernah kena tunggu more that 30mins. so far i've been happy dgn his service. bleh nampak that he makes the effort to remember his patients mcm hubby keje kat mana etc... ala takat bedside manners ni most drs are ok.

we met him 4-5 yrs ago for some fertility issues. he was very helpful entertaining my questions, and mmg rajin follow-up on our progress even though kitorang jumpa dia 3-4 kali bila balik m'sia. else, dia mmg tak pernah hesitate writing referrals letters for us.

i will update u later as to how he is bila tiba masa nak deliver nanti.

one more thing, u may want to consider dr seri for the obvious reason (dia lady gynea) but also sebab dia strongly support breastfeeding. that's as much as i know.

hmm... kalau mahal alang2 baik check up kat princecourt

princecourt ni kene kasik aku commission la camni!!

princecourt ni kene kasik aku commi ...

Dah 3  kali pegi kat situ...the first time was 150, pastu 180 then the last time was 250 sebab ade amik darah...
The first and second time was just scan and consultation. so masuk kali ke-4 ni nak try tempat lainlah kalau mahal tiap kali camtu...kopak oo...

Thanks aeonchix... sounds good to me dr paul ni. Dr seri pun ok yer? What about the charges for dr seri, anybody ade experience dgn dia? so far good reviews ttg dr paul, dr seri mcmmana yer...?
