...perut "membesar" atau bloatedness selepas laparoscopic surgery is very common...sebab semasa prosedur laparoscopik nie...they "pump" in or insufflate CO2 gas into your peritoneal cavity...so kind of "blowing up" your abdomen la..this will allow your doctor to perform laparoscopic surgery...bila surgery dah selesai...they will release out the CO2...but some or minimal amt of CO2 gas may still be trapped in your peritoneal cavity...tu yang buat perut rasa bloated...
...some other common side effects of laparoscopic surgery is shoulder and neck pain...which is also partly due to CO2 gas nie jugaklah...ianya irritates the diaphragmatic nerves...which resulted in you having a referred pain at your shoulder and neck...
...tapi...tang sakit kat kaki and pinggang tu im not too sure also la...your scope surgery nie for gynae problem ke?...kalau gynae related...sometimes they may position u in a lithotomy position...kedua2 kaki u diangkat dan diletakkan on stirrups...some patients do complain of rasa lenguh kat kaki...but tak pasti in your case la...better check ngan dr you...

biasa tak libatkan nerve kaki
sy dulu2 assist la bosses buat laparoscopic procedure
so, baisanya sy lah yg insufflate abdominal cavity tu tapi sikit je lah, lupa dah 30mmHg ke apa je, kot kot IVC yg memang low pressure vessels, di tekan dek 30mmHg tuh, takde venous return dari kaki nnt

little update from me
Alhamdulillah, lepas laparoscopy feeling much better, still in pain every second but alhamdulillah di beri peluang hidup..
anyway, kaki i masih sakit lagi belum jumpa pakar lagi |

Different people reacted to this procedure differently, i punya experience agak teruk. Second day bahu i sakit gila sebab gas tu, lagi sakit dari incision punya cut. |

pernah buat laparoscopy 2 kali on 2017 & 2019 sbb PCOS TTC.
so far both prosedur ok buat saya. dpt MC 2 minggu.
bloated kat perut tu biasa la kot. tak ada side effect lain. cuma sakit belakang bhgn pinggang sbb bloated & byk baring berehat.
but sampai skrg masih belum ada rezeki lagi..
