nk tanya ler pada sesapa yg ari....choc buat fondant lepas tuh ada byk lebih...jadi nk tau fondant nih bper lama leh simpan....

Teknik buat bunga ros gumpaste


Salam,
Belajar cara simple buat bunga ros ni dari gumpaste untuk hiasan kek atau cupcake kita.

Mula-mula buat kon kecil.

Ambil secubit gumpaste dan bulatkan. Kemudian leperkan utk membuat kelopak pertama.

Sapu sedikit air di bahagian bawah.  Lekatkan ke kon untuk menutup hujung kon.

Bilangan kelopak yang diperlukan ialah 10.  1 utk kon, 2 utk lapisan kedua, 3 utk lapisan kelopak ketiga dan lapisan akhir, 4 kelopak.

Potong dan lekatkan calyx ke bawah ros yg dah siap.

Aint, resepi gumpaste ada kat blog akak. Yg dah siap pun ada jual, tengok earlier post akak pasal buat rama-rama dari gumpaste.

ada sesapa boleh ajarkan tak buat bunga easter lili petunia dari royal ising....kalu dpt saiz nozle skali....choc tingin nk attend kelas lynnhassan tapi takder kesempatan lagi....

tak nak resepi coklat tu...mengeras.

apa org sembut coklat ganache? btol ker?
sape2 ada resepi cam ne nak cairkan dgn elok cooking coklat tu?

kt cni ade banyak jenis topping chocolate..
and ade jugak choc ganache tu..
biasenye wani guna resipi mcm
k.nina (yusnina) punye recipe chocolate ganache..

n kebiasaannye topping choc ganache ni di-double boil-kan terlebih dahulu cream tp x sampai menggelegak sgt..
tutup api, masukkan chocolate yg dh dipotong kecil.
pastu tunggu sejuk sket, boleh guna..

selamat mencuba!

**wani bukan pro mcm sifu2 kt FnR ni taw..
sekadar berkongsi pengalaman..

Kek bunga ros

Salam semua,
Ni gambar gumpaste ros yg kita buat semalam.. rasanye kena byk improvement lagi.  Rose petal tu nampak keras kejung pulak.  Rasanya kelopak dia tu, kita kena tekan dgn alat modelling panggilbone tool, tekan keliling dia kat atas span. Baru dia mcm melentiksikit, mcm gambar ni.



Takpe lah, lain kali cuba lagi. Gambar close up :



Kek rose ( over sudah, kelopak yg bertaburan tu )
