What you have to do to solve your problem...

1. Stop being a drinker.It's harmful not only to your health but also to the fate of yours at the judgement day (if you die without even get a chance to repent)

2. Do sit up or try search any videos in youtube regarding the routine or exersises to reduce fat at your belly and shaping it. Once you got the right technique, 8 minutes/day is enough.

3. Do you masturbate or have sex regularly? if you do, try to limit it.

4. Do you drink water right after you have your meal? If you do, change the habit. After you done with your  meal, why dont you take a walk for a while and after about half an hour, you can take your drink...

Jangan makan lepas pukul 8 malam...

Minum air limau selalu...

Senam 3 kali seminggu, sekali paling kurang sejam...buat sit up...

Jogging...

Jangan berangan je nak perut kempis...

skrg aku da stat wat sit up 100 kali sehari dari minggu lps..
aku mmg target nak kepiskan perut je..
tp kene wat hari2 la..
baru nampak hasil 2-3 bulan nih
kalo dpt 6 packs lg bagus...wahahaa

dulu pinggang aku size 30 je skrg 34 siot..silapnya aku dh kurang joging & futsall..dh xpumping & situp sblm & paz tdo & tiap2 mlm aku lepak kdai mamak pekena teh tarik..nyezal aku..

saya december lepas, berat 92kg, now 78kg..
petuanya, jangan makan malam lebih-lebih lagi supper.. if lapar malam, makan buah-buahan..
sarapan wajib, lunch try makan separuh nasi yg biasa kita ambil..
i juga ambil suppliment.. minum Phyto fiber.. fiber tolong buang toksik2 dlm badan.. setiap pagi, "byk" akan dibuang..
i jugak bersenam.. seminggu at least 2 hari swimming.. swimming atleast 1hour swim..

yang penting makan makanan yang tidak berminyak, kurang berkolesterol.. amalkan gaya hidup sihat.
skang dah kurus nie, rasenya mcam lebih conficent.. belly dari 38, now 34inci.. so great...

thanks all for the very helpful tips...

I've been training at the gym since january and now i've lost 7 kilos but gain back muscle about 3 kilos...

just checked my body composition analysis and i'm on the right track...i've lost my belly and get my six packs i trained everyday on weekdays and rest on weekends...

i did different part of muscle everyday for 5 days a week...but for abs, i did it everyday...

i'm very happy with the results now and i can see that there's nothing can stop me from execising...i'm so addicted now

i love the new me...lean, toned and muscular

for those who wants to find out more, don't hesitate to pm me...

p/s: i didnt use any slimming products...just me, the gym and my protein shake good luck everybody..

mostly semua lelaki cecah age 40's mesti perut naik mmg hormon kan! Melainkan kalau jaga makan dan kesihatan barulah maintain.Minumlah air setengah jam selepas makan
