lebih byk research yg support supplement dr yg kata supplement bahaya..
dr masih sarankan ambil supplement esp utk org yg amik low caloric intake <1600kcal/d..
FDA kuarkan guideline, utk evy vitamin ade RDA (required daily allowance) n UL (tolerable upper limit) nyer..jadi dose yg below UL masih dikira safe dose utk org yg sihat..
ape2 pun tepuk dada tanya selera ..kalau diri rase busy, xsempat makan proper n mahu rawat n cantikkan kulit dr dalam ape salahnye..bukan saje utk kulit, utk organ lain juge..my 2cents. |

tp mmg ade improve la skin problem kat muke ni walhal baru nak masuk 2 minggu ambik..
pure nye vit E tp skin regime yg basic tu jgn tinggal la..
farmacist ckp time yg bagus utk mkn supplement adalah waktu sblm tido.
nak tanye sket, nape ye kalo saye ambik vit C 1000mg(free acid) sy akan jd lapar lepas tu? |

banyak org cakap EPO naikkan berat badan.. dulu i makan mmg naik, may be tak seswai, tapi kulit mmg ok..

nutritionist of coz will go against supplement coz they r promoting a healthy diet and thats what their job is about...
u may be dont need all those supplements if u have a healthy diet like the food pyramid but not all ppl can do that..
setengah org tak makan sayur, setengah org tak makan ikan, setengah org tak makan daging, so thats what supplements r for... |
