dulu amik jamu mak dara-mmg bertenaga
pastue stop sebab yang serbuk dh takder
kita suka telan yg serbuk cepat kesan berbanding pil...hehe
then consume bwhite..mmg kulit kurang myk n ok
stop sebab kurang budget
skang nak try berrygen n GC coffe laks...
gara2 tergoda pasal baca thread kat CARI nie lar..

hehe..untuk jantung ni macam dah terlalu commercial sgt..sampaikan telur pon di war2 kan ada omega bagus untuk jantung...hihi..omega banyak fungsi...tapi org luar ramai tak tahu..omega juga amat berkesan kepada sesiapa yg kaki merokok dan tak boleh tinggalkan tabiat tu...paru2 tersumbat..suka batuk2...doc pon sarankan ambek omega

saya ambik calcium magnesium AMWAY..imedeen, herbalife, innershine pati prun...madu.and kulit kayu manis.....tu jer...setakat ni alhamdulillah...imedeen tu..kdg2 tuko dgn dn hans...pasni nak makan pati prun jer...tak nak doh imedeen

nak tanya ler..supplement apa yg paling bagus utk kuatkan rambut..rambut aku byk gugur lerr..maybe sbb hormon atau stress tapi kalau stress hari2 alamatnya botak laa kepala aku.. ..so, any suggestion plz..tq.

amik horsetail. Dulu aku ade amik gak, dlm setahun gitu. Tp sbb hg nyer agak mahal, aku dah tak continue. Selalu pakai minyak je kat umah utk kuatkan akar rambut.

amik apa2 vitamin pon seme ada kesan positive pada rambut... percayalah....ambek vit c tablet tu pon leh kuatkan rambut laa..janji ambek selalu...kalau setakat kejap ambek sekejap skip payah lee..satu lagi kalau ambek sebotol xpect terus jadi bidadari payah gak selalu me tgk org yg ambek jenis2 supplement ni...baik dari gluta ke collagen ke vitamin etc..seme bajet nak lawa cepat walhal menda ni semua maintenance badan...

kalsium mmg kn mkn ngan magnesium utk elakkn pembentukan oksida pd sendi2
tu sbbnya amway kuarkan calsium+magnesium

klu kita dh start luper atau susah nak ingatkan menda2 yg penting
atau klu tangan selalu terlepaskan brg2
tandanya motor tangan dh tak kuat
sel2 daya ingatan pon dah semakin lemah
kita dh kekurangan magnesium dlm badan kita

dulu mmg ada ambil epo..tapi kan bila time period, darah kuar byk pastu tak kering2..dulu saje dok ambil sbb utk skin..period mmg takde masalah masa tue..so, lps refer dgn doktor suggest spy stop..maybe terlalu awal utk ambil epo..lg pun ikut pada hormon seseorg..tp epo mmg elok utk kulit, rmbt..aku yg tak blh nak mkn epo nie..

imun tak berkesan?fatwa sapa nehh uolss pakai? vit c diperlukan badna setiap hari...vit c hari2 dilepaskan keluar oleh badan... camne laa takde effect....kalau dah kureng minum air masak..makan apa pon tak berapa nak berkesan..jgn salahkan vitamin banyak factor yg boleh jejaskan quality vitamin atau zat atau protein dlm badan...satu lagi...saikologi laa...kalau dah otak dok cakap tak elok..nak try barang lain...so takleh wat pape
