Beli online macam Lazada pun ok juga cuma kena tahu sizing dia.

feeling hari ini..dreadful..I dont wanna do my assignment...I wanna go swimminggggg...bila la nak siap assignment niii...aigoo...

i;m soooo hooked on swimming lately!.......hehe...
my freestyle still bad..breathing still struggle.. stroke out..tapi setiap kali masuk kolam mesti ada improvement walaupun sikit..so rasa mcm happy giler setiap kali lepas swimming..lepas tu beberapa hari lepas discover Total Immersion program..lagi la angau nak masuk kolam everyday nak buat drill..haha..



try my best to finish my work today cuz tomorrow nak terjun kolam.. *swoosh*

dah 5 sesi latihan dan 4 coach berlainan..my freestyle still K.O...   

coach ke 4 kata kita ada sinking leg problem...sob sob...

kita boleh float tapi bila kick tak bergerak pun..statik je..haha...


so coach suruh training banyak2 guna fins...

kat my swim school ada training fin yg panjang je...
kita nak cari fins yg short blade...

dan kena beli training snorkel juga...


fulus terbang melayang....

kenapa sampai 4 coach yg berlainan?

sinking legs tu mmg akan ada pada semua yg baru nak belajar swim. cuba Elle tunduk pandang lantai kolam bila float atau pun letakkan dagu dalam posisi chin down masa pegang tepi kolam mahupun tengah pegang kick board,

coach ckp kaki x de kicking? cuba Elle latih kicking dalam posisi duduk tepi kolam mahupun dalam posisi float sambil pegang tepi kolam. latih kicking sebanyak yg mungkin.

satu lgi masalah perenang perenang baru belajar adalah posisi ankles. ankles kaku, gerakkan ankles tu atas bawah.

satu lgi kenapa coach tu suh pakai fins kalau ada masalah kicking? coach pemalas aje yg suh pakai fins tanpa nak selesaikan masalah.

satu lg jgn stress, kalau stress mmg xkan boleh nk swim. sentiasa bobbing/blow bubbles untuk tenang kan diri sendiri. selamat mencuba.

p/s Elle pls update ya. nk tau gak current situation berenang

somewhere in Kajang...hehe...

4 coach berlainan sbb currently kita tgh training nak jadi part time  swimming instructor... so sambil tengok senior coach buat kelas kita belajar swimming sekali..mana2 instructor yg tgh available yg ajar kita swimming...belajar swimming free je ni..sambil menyelam minum air...hehe

hari Khamis beli short blade fins pastu hari Jumaat kita train kicking pakai fins tu..sejam setengah drill kicking je...pastu hari Sabtu turun kolam tak pakai fins, surprisingly kaki kita dah boleh float just below the water surface..dan bila pegang kickboard/without kickboard dan kick kick kick dah boleh gerak ke depan...dan bila glide boleh dapat straight alignment... terkejut sangat..tak expect langsung dapat result cepat mcm tu...

yup,betul cakap karam tu, ankle kita tak flex bila kick...kejung je...so bila training pakai fins naturally dia train ankle kita utk flex..

I think fins is not that bad..I mean for short blade fins sbb dari apa yg kita baca, bila pakai short blade fins ,the kick that we produce is close to the kicking that we want when swim freestyle....  sebelum ni pakai long blade fins, sangat tak membantu    sbb the kicking is less strenuous dan lemah gemalai gitu so tu yg bila tak pakai fins kaki kita pun masih lemah gemalai bila kicking...totally no no...

apa yg kita rasa bila pakai short blade fins tu, it teach me how to kick from the hips..and my legs become less stiff...bila tak pakai fins,kita just imagine pakai fins and mimic the kicking that I do when wearing fins..

pastu video ni membantu juga kaki kita float...kita bayangkan kita shift my weigh to the front...

bila pakai snorkel ni masa drill memang menjadi tumpuan masa di pool...fefeling like Ultraman je..haha.. sejak ada ni tak pakai kick board dah sbb bila pakai snorkel boleh dapat straight alignment ..bila pakai kick board lama lama sakit bahu...

tapi hari tu pakai ketat sangat kot, habis benjol dahi kita...sakit..Finis head strap not so comfortable...

jumpa kat Decathlon cheaper alternative for swimming snorkel...







and the head strap look more comfortable than the Finis one..but they only have black,no pink colour,so Finis win..

flutter kick dah passed...


so minggu ni nak praktis arm stroke  dengan rotation pula...petang tadi training seorang seorang, timing stroke masih tak betul lagi...tak synchronised la....kita blur bila nak angkat tangan bila nak tarik tangan... dalam video nampak senang je kan...bila buat sendiri susah pula...haha

my freestyle learning journey...

- start serious fokus belajar sendiri freestyle hari Jumaat,6hb Julai 2018 ...banyak tengok video learning freestyle/front crawl dari youtube sebelum dan selepas turun kolam...

- selalu tempoh training setiap hari 2 jam...warm up buat breaststroke dulu....

- hari Jumaat, training kicking by using fins.. masa ni first time pakai new fins so kita pakai stokin..takut melecet..>.< tapi lepas2 tu dah tak pakai stokin, okay je kaki...

- hari Sabtu, dah boleh buat flutter kick...my body is moving..finally! hooyah!

-hari Ahad... practise breast stroke...practise flutter kicks dengan fins dan tanpa fins,pakai snorkel...mostly hari Ahad ni kita main2 air je sbb badan dah start sakit dicampur dengan perasaan nervous nak start try buat arm stroke....bila test try buat arm stroke...body kita terhuyung hayang dlm air tu...tangan tak boleh buat recovery..rasa berat je masa nak buat recovery tu....pull and  catch pun takde power....it feels so unnatural the movement.....pastu kita stop training...stress...>.<

-hari Isnin cuti...sakit badan....  

-hari Selasa praktis body rotation...ikut youtube ni...



masih pakai fins dan snorkel...  dari flat position nak rotate badan ke kanan mudah, tapi bile nak rotate ke kiri tak boleh, tak bergerak badan kita walaupun keep trying....  pastu training rotation tanpa fins, tapi pakai snorkel.....

-hari Rabu...praktis rotation lagi...buat side rotation and side kick drilling with and without fins... dah start try buat arm stroke motion...just try nak biasakan tangan gerak2 dulu walaupun gerakan tangan masih ke laut...timing off..pastu masa terhuyung hayang tu, kaki jadi mcm terbelit2...haha.. lepas latihan hari Rabu ni rasa stress sangat, rasa mcm kenapa la susah sangat nak buat gerakan badan dan tangan ni..grrr...geram...malas nak turun kolam lagi...

tapi esoknya pergi lagi..

-hari Khamis... masa mula2 buat arm stroke,tangan masih tak boleh angkat masa buat recovery, so kita stop kat tepi, praktis stroke sambil berdiri..,fikir kenapa la tak boleh angkat tangan eh,dlm youtube nampak senang je mereka angkat tangan tinggi2......pastu dtg idea utk rotate badan masa nak buat recovery and pull.... dan jadi!...  bila rotate badan ke kiri dan kanan masa buat gerakan tangan, baru boleh angkat tangan dengan senang masa recovery...

bila dah boleh angkat tangan dan rotate,kita rasa terhuyung hayang lagi,tak firm my body and arm movement... rasa  pergerakan macam tgh panik dan tak selesa...pastu stop kat tepi..dan kita cuba calm diri dan bila kata kat diri sendiri to take it easy, relaks relaks je terus kita la la la and hum this song whilst swimming..



tak tahu kenapa lagu ni yg kita hum, automatic je keluar...haha... bile kita start humming this song masa rotate dan arm movement,terus firm and synchronised movement kita, tak terhuyung hayang lagi.... bila dah tak terhuyung hayang, dah boleh praktis arm stroke, experiment macam2 jenis catch and pull..... masa ni kita dah tak pakai fins...tapi masih pakai snorkel.. target 2 ke 3 kali lagi training arm stroke pastu akan buka snorkel utk masukkan breathing pula dalam pergerakan kita...gulp..*nervous*

so far, kita masih ada masalah rotation ke kiri, tapi kita perasan kalau kita dekatkan sisi muka ke tangan kiri dan biar tangan kiri masa catch yg 'tarik' muka kita,body kita akan ikut rotate ke kiri masa tangan kanan buat recovery..  pernah nampak teknik ni kat youtube...cuma itulah kadang2 lupa nak buat masa tgh swimming tu...huhu



-hari ni Jumaat, tak sure lagi nak turun kolam ke tak..penat...
