dari amatan saya la..kalau u all amek kek hari ni, then sehari dua selepas itu cream tu berminyak dan cair, mgkn cream tu dah lama... mgkn dia dah buat sehari dua sebelum u all ambil. sbb tu sy kalau nak jual, sy buat fresh, sbb tu kalau dah full sy tak amek order dah takut tak cukup masa nak buat,

and cream tu kalau berlebih, sy tak simpan, akan buang...bila buat order lain even selang sehari pun saya buat yang baru. Sebab tak tau dapat kat u all nanti berapa hari pulak u all nak simpan sbl makan kek tu..

ni pandangan saya yang tak berapa terrer la...

mahal sangat ke RM4 tu? Shida rasa harga tu quite ok le. cuba bayangkan kos yang ditanggung olehnya. sebenarnya kos cupcake lagi mahal dari kos sebiji kek. masa, tenaga, cream yang dah tentu lebih banyak dari sebiji kek yang besar, kos individual packaging (papercup/souffle). orang selalu beranggapan benda yang kecil harganya perlu murah.

saya x sure pulak kot dah ada resepi ni dalam fnr, tapi saya guna resepi ni, saya amek dari blog minah saleh, lupa pulak yg mana blog dia.

  • 125g unsalted butter, softened (saya guna butter biasa je)
  • 3 to 4 cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Placethe butter in a large mixing bowl. Add 2 cups of the sugar and then themilk and vanilla. On the medium speed of an electric mixer, beat untilsmooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes. Gradually add the remainingsugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition (about 2minutes), until the icing is thick enough to be of good spreadingconsistency. You may not need to add all of the sugar. If desired, adda few drops of food coloring and mix thoroughly. (Use and store theicing at room temperature because icing will set if chilled.) Icing canbe stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.


saya terlebih susu, jadi x likat sgt... main tambah icing sugar, so jadi manis sikit.

thanks.. saya pun ada terjumpa resipi lebih kurang macam u punye.. kat dalam cookbook.. tapi dia guna almond extract instead of vanilla extract.. mungkin rasa almond extract lagi lemak kot..

hmm i rasa reasonable RM4 sebab i paham nak buat cupcake siap ngan decorations bukan senang.. nak pulak skrg ni harga barang semua naik.. i yang penah buat kuih raya just satu balang pun sampai sakit2 pinggang nak habiskan.. ni pulak korang yang buat meniaga beribu2 pieces of cupcakes, yang setiap satu nye kena decorate lawa2.. adoi kalau i le maunye nangis depan oven dah

mesmerize, kalau nak guna almond flavour jangan taruk banyak. sebab bau dia kurang menyenangkan. nak sedap gabungkan dengan vanilla. but shida suka butter vanilla compared dengan vanilla untuk buat cream. kat bagus ada jual. kat yen tak de. bau dia memang wangi.

actually lagi berbaloi beli kek tau. tapi kita biasa nampak, kek tu besarnya dan cupcake tu tak banyak sebab dia comel-comel je. tapi bila kira untung rugi, lagi berbaloi beli kek
