Dunia F1 Riad
Meraikan 2010, XY - Ikon Lelaki berkenalan dengan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif (CEO) Lotus F1 Racing, Riad Asmat. Bersedia dunia, saksikan kemunculan gergasi baru team F1 yang bakal menggegar litar perlumbaan berprestij di seluruh dunia!
BERMULA dengan azam, tidak mustahil impian terlaksana. Seperti kata pepatah - di mana ada kemahuan, di situ ada jalan. Begitulah ibaratnya permulaan kembara pasukan Formula Satu (F1) negara, Lotus F1 Racing.
Enam bulan menzahirkan inisiatif menubuhkan pasukan F1 tempatan demi memburu gelaran jaguh baru F1, Lotus F1 Racing membuktikan keyakinan, azam dan impian boleh mengubah segala-galanya. Ini termasuk menepis segala persepsi negatif yang dilempar pihak tertentu terhadap projek nasional ini.
Tambah mendebar rentak, kurang tiga bulan dari sekarang, pasukan berilhamkan konsep 1Malaysia bakal diuji di litar Grand Prix Bahrain, Mac depan.
Mengintai jentera dalam pasukan baru itu, XY - Ikon Lelaki mendekati CEO Lotus F1 Racing, Riad Asmat untuk berkongsi aspirasi beliau dalam memacu arah pasukan F1 tempatan menawan dunia.
Membawa aura sang juara, Riad tanpa keberatan muncul bersama kereta Lotus miliknya di Litar Antarabangsa Sepang (SIC) dengan diiringi semangat membara.
“Bukan suatu tugas mudah menyediakan segala-galanya dalam tempoh singkat. Namun, saya percaya impian itu boleh digapai apabila dilakukan secara positif bersama mereka yang berkaliber serta berada di tempat tepat,” kata Riad mengulas kemunculan Lotus F1 Racing yang akan bersaing dengan 18 pasukan F1 lain sepanjang musim ini......

Lotus F1 to makes testing debut in Jerez next month
Here are some updates on the Lotus F1 Team. The Malaysian-backed outfit will join the final two F1 test sessions before the 2010 season starts in Bahrain. The race car is set to be driven for the first time at Jerez, Spain in mid February.
“We are actually a week ahead of schedule. When we got the entry on September 12, our schedule said we would fire up on February 12 – and we are now scheduled to fire up on February 5. After that, we will be at the second Jerez test and then the final one at Barcelona. That will be the first time the world will see the car in action,” chief technical officer Mike Gascoyne told Autosport.
Speaking on the development progress, he said: “We started wind-tunnel testing in October so by the time we are at the first race, we have had five or six months of wind tunnel testing. We have made pretty rapid progress, and if we can maintain that then we will be in pretty good shape come Barcelona mid-season – and that is really where you have to target where you’ve got to be.
“Now it is about where are you mid-season, where are you end of season, and I want to end the season beating Force Indias and Toro Rossos and whoever is struggling – maybe Saubers. I want to be picking them off,” said a bullish Gascoyne.

air asia takde kena mengena dgn projek 1mesiaf1 team ni, semuanya independant toni fernandez projek punya, infact air asia masih lagi sponsor williams team
kalu kaler mesia tu tak tahu la sebab ni team independant yg ada kena mengena ngan lotus/proton factory kot, so lagi logik pakai kaler lotus atau sesapa main sponsor nanti |
