Salam u all, nk tanya tips ni. Huhu...choc ganache ni kan cair bila tuang atas kek ni kan? camner ek macam yg u all jual, bila letak atas kek board tu elok je tak meleleh ke board cake tu? U all wat frost kan ke dulu atau tuang je terus ke camner? kalau dalam bekas cam plastic transparent tu tuang je takpe. Tp ni utk letak atas kek board ni huhuhu Camner ke gayanya?

soalan yg susah nak jawab sbb bab ni mmg saya fail..tapi saya tunggu ganache pekat baru sapu..masuk peti ais..sapu lagi..masuk peti ais sapu lagi..kalau meleleh tu perkara biasa so kena lap sikit..atau guna alat sapuan tu dan sapu ke atas..

alahai siannya seri..klu tak nak meleleh kat cake board ..seri letak kek atas redai kek (jgn lupa alas bwh redai kek tu dgn dulang /loyang )& tuang coklat ganache tu ..nnt lelehan coklat tu akan menitis ke loyang...dh sudah seri alihkan kek tu ke cake board.

2. yang ni leceh sikit...seri kene cari cake board yg ngam2 aje saiz dgn kek..curahkan coklat ganache atas kek pastu alihkan ke cake board ke 2 yg besar dr saiz kek (tampal double side tape atas cake board ke 2 utk lekatkan ).

Oic, kire macam wat ganache frosting la ni ek? Insyaallah akan ku cuba. Almaklum br start wat bisnes...sebelum ni pakai bantai je curah atas kek yg dh diletakkan dalam transparent box tu sbb wat makan2 sendiri n bawa opis. Nk wat commercial ni yg ghisau sikit.   Tq cupcakes

Ooo ni style lagi satu, yg ni pun nampak ok. memula dok memikir la camner la nk angkat kek yg telah dicurahkan ngan ganache tu. Rupanya dgn cara letak atas board yg sama saiz n kemudian letak atas board yg besar sikit. Oic....tq kak kodok
