    rumah dekat casa mekar 3 ni lebih kurang 250k, berapa interest kena bayar bulan2 sekarang ni sedangkan rumah belum siap sepenuhnya, kalo rumah dah siap 90%, tinggi la bayar interestnya .... huh berat gak tu

So marilah beli semi D di jelok impian kajang rm650k..beli terus duduk woooo...puas hati!!

staion port dia semua best2... bukit bintang, pasar seni, senanglah bergerak nanti...
tapi pasal berenti kajang...kalau terus ke bangi kan ke ramai yg dpt faedah...

fikir2 ok gak samapi ke kajang... nanti senang lah pulak anak2 aku merayap kt kl...  susah mau control...

nanti di sebelah IOI resort, dekat Marriot tu, yang sedang diratakan tanah, dulunya padang golf, akan diadakan IKEA, the largest in Asia.
expected to complete in 2013. Wah...selalulah pergi lepak kat IKEA nanti. Potensi utk jalan lagi jem akan tinggi dan juga value rumah2 sekitar putrajaya, bangi,  kajang dan sewaktu dengannya...

    Resort Villa enters into conditional exchange of land agreement with Mayang Development

KUALA LUMPUR: IOI Corporation Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Resort Villa Golf Course Bhd has entered into a conditional exchange of land agreement with Mayang Development Sdn Bhd.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday, Jan 12, it said the freehold land located in Pekan Bukit Bisa,Sepang, Selangor will be exchanged for Mayang's own freehold land in Dengkil.

"IOI has embarked on a redevelopment of a portion of the golf course land owned by Resort Villa, into a shopping complex, as part of its IOI Resort City development," the company said.

"Pursuant to the redevelopment of the land, Resort Villa has identified an adjacent piece of land belonging to Mayang Development, to replace the portion of the golf course that has been earmarked for commercial development," it added.

Resort Villa which had earlier entered into negotiations with Mayang Development for a long term lease of the property, is now proposing to exchange, an equivalent piece of its land with that belonging to Mayang Development.

"The proposed leaseback of Resort Villa land from Mayang Development will ensure the continuity of the Resort Villa golf course operations until the new golf course is completed and fully operational," it said. — Bernama

IOI Resort City aspires to be world class

IT'S exactly what its developer IOI Properties Bhd describes: "This is a place where the air is crisp and fresh, where you could take a leisurely walk down the meandering pathway lined with majestic Pinus trees to your workplace or the shopping mall and be greeted by dances of butterfiles and bees while marvelling at the glittery dew drops on fresh calathea leaves which sparkle like globes of crystals.

"This is indeed the ultimate resort lifestyle destination with luxury city conveniences." Indeed, it is.

Located just 20 minutes from Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and spanning over 800 acres of lush rolling terrain, IOI Resort City is nestled amidst picturesque greenscapes.

The developer expects travelling time to the city to be reduced to 15 minutes via the proposed interchange at the Maju Expressway.

Dubbed "the crown jewel within the Putrajaya Gateway", IOI Resort City, which has a gross development value of RM5 billion, has been earmarked as a world-class destination for living, leisure, business and shopping.

Blessed with one of the largest man-made wetlands in the country, it seamlessly blends the beauty of nature with the existing building scape.

According to IOI Properties, the existing components are the fivestar, 488-room Putrajaya Marriott Hotel featuring six restaurants, lounges, 34 meeting rooms and Dewi Spa by Martha Tilaar; and the four-star, 151-room Palm Garden Hotel with five dining outlets and 10 meeting rooms.

There is also the 18-hole championship Palm Garden Golf Course and clubhouse with a swimming pool and tennis court.

It is currently being refurbished with a new 18-hole course which is expected to reopen by year-end and the remainder nine-hole by the third quarter of 2011.

The most recently launched residential component of IOI Resort City is Diamond Hill, a 78-unit exclusive bungalow enclave where security and privacy are given top priority. Located at the pinnacle of IOI Resort City, the leasehold units' built-up areas range from 8,244sq ft to 20,135sq ft and are priced between RM3.16 million and RM11.8 million.

The smallest villa features five-plus-one bedrooms and seven baths while the largest comes with six-plus-two bedrooms and 10 en suite bathrooms.

Most of the units have either a panoramic view of the Putrajaya skyline, KLCC or golf course. The maintenance fee is about RM1,000 a month.

Another residential enclave is Beverly Row, which consists of 37 tropical-style bungalows that are currently leased to expatriates.

On the stratified residential front is the freehold Puteri Palma Condominium, which contains only six units per floor and enjoy either the view of the golf course or the large landscaped piazza with cascading water features.

There is three-tier security at the guardhouse and lift lobby as well as a smart home system in individual units.

These units feature built-up areas from 1,410sq ft and are priced from RM507,800 for the standard unit with three-plus-one bedrooms and three baths and about RM1.4 million for the penthouse with four-plus-one bedrooms and four en suite baths.

On the up-and-coming projects, IOI Properties said these include the IOI City Mall, which will be the first in Malaysia with views of a golf course.

The mall will have 1.3 million square feet of lettable space for anchor tenants such as hypermarket, cinema, health and fitness centre, ice-skating rink and wave house.

To be completed by 2013, the mall will also have a huge alfresco dining area with views of greenery and water features.

Also expected to be completed in the same year are two green office towers designed to comply with the Malaysian Green Building Index, and a business-class hotel.

The other projects are a boutique hotel, office parks, lakefront offices, condominium and serviced apartments, and luxury villas which IOI Properties said 35 units of compact bungalows with direct view of the golf course will be launched initially.

IOI Resort City is well served by education institutions including Alice Smith International School, Nexus World School, Universiti Putra Malaysia and LimKokWing University College of Creative Technology.

It is also easily accessible via the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong, Sungei Besi-Puchong Highway, South Klang Valley Expressway, KL-Seremban Highway and Maju Expressway.

As the developer summed up, "IOI Resort City will be a benchmark development which heralds groundbreaking architectural designs in a resort setting with luxury city conveniences."

Naza TTDI project kat Sg. Jelok launch @ TTDI Shah Alam H/Office kalo x silap 2 mggu lepas..Phase 1 S/O, skrg tgh nak launch Phase 2.. Bayu Sekamat(Sg. Sekamat) by Mah Sing pon br launch gak..Both property starting price from 350k,maklumlah kajang akan ada MRT nanti..Hillpark homes Kajang  pon utk Phase 2 regenye da RM 330k..Fuhh,Nasib baik taun lepas da beli@ Hillpark Kajang..
