btw AA dah start buat contest utk route Paris, mesti pasni Chch pulak. tp this year byk gak AA bukak route baru kan, ke Korea, Jepun..klu Paris dgn Chch pun nak launch before end of 2010 kira hebat la Pak Tony |

Day 0 (29 June 2011)
Depart from KL at 2.40pm and arrive in Singapore at 3.55pm for transit. Eat dinner here. Depart to Auckland at 7.50pm and approximately arrive in Auckland at 9.55am (30 June 2011).
Day 1 (30 June 2011)
At airport, after the immigration check point, proceed to domestic terminal for a flight to Christchurch via Air New Zealand approximately at 1.00pm and will arrive at Christchurch at 2.20pm. Then, proceed to meet up place to collect the rented car. Go straight to Christchurch Holiday Unit (NZD100 for 3pax). The location is near the airport about 10minutes drive. Get a rest first, then we will have a sightseeing Christchurch town and at the same time to buy a few raw materials like chickens and mixed vegetables at Pak n Save. If still have enough time, will proceed for sightseeing. Around 8pm, need to sleep.
Day 2 (1 July 2011)
Wake up early around 7am. Refresh ourselves and prepare breakfast & lunch together (Egg rolled, fried rice). After checking out, starts our journey to Akaroa (85km @ 1hr 20min) or go straight to Arthur Pass’s National Park (145km @ 2hr 10min). A long the journey, we will stop for photo sessions, lunch & pray at any rest stops available. We will arrive at Arthur Pass approximately at 2.30pm. Spend a night at YHA Arthur Pass, Mountain House (twin @ NZD76 and female shared @ NZD24). We do our own activities, enjoying the spectacular views and mingling with others. Dinner will be cooked by us. As simple as possible.
Day 3 (2 July 2011)
Wake up at usual around 7am. Refresh & prepare breakfast & lunch altogether. Checked out and proceed to Dunedin (452km @ 5hr 50min). Arrive at Chancarla Farm Park (Motel @ NZD115/night) approximately at 2.30pm. After having lunch and pray. Can visit Cadbury World tour from 9am until 3.30pm. Then, visit Otago University the oldest university in NZ. Sightseeing the Dunedin town until night and can have walk at the St. Kilda Beach. Photo sessions don’t forget! At night can go to Pak n Save to buy supplies for meals. Get enough rest. The next morning spend a while to play with animals.
Day 4 (3 July 2011)
Wake up early as usual. Refresh & prepare breakfast and snack for our journey to Te Anau (330km @ 4hr 13min, old roads). Checked out at 9am. Arrive in Te Anau at 2pm and check in at Asure Amber Court Motel (1bedroom @ NZD140). Leisure time or sightseeing. Lunch and pray probably at Te Anau. At night maybe prepare breakfast & lunch altogether. Sleep early and have a good rest.
Day 5 (4 July 2011)
Wake up early as usual. Get ready to proceed our journey to Milford Sound (1hr 20min) to catch a Milford Sound Cruise (NZD108 @2hrs + vege lunch @ 12.44pm). Photo sessions again! The cruise will approximately ended at 3pm. Continue our journey to Queenstown (286km @ 3hrs 30min). Checked in at Lake Edge in front of Lake Wakatipu (2bedrooms @ NZD135) will spend 2 nights here. Photo session is a must! If still have time that time, we will have round in Queenstown to have a look at that town. Probably need to buy supplies. Get a good rest & sleep.
Day 6 (5 July 2011)
Wake up early as usual. Get ready to do our activities in Queenstown. We will start our journey after having a good breakfast. Do various activities available, first is sky dive with Nzone Skydive (NZD429 + NZD219). Second is bungy jumping AJ Hackett (NZD260 for Nevis Bungy or NZD180 for Ledge Bungy). Third is hot air ballooning (NZD385 in Christchurch). The rest of the day will go for sightseeing the city. Maybe go around finding Ski Park and go to Pak n Save to buy some supplies.
Day 7 (6 July 2011)
Wake up early as usual. Get ready to continue our journey to Franz Josef Glacier Park (356km @ 4hrs 13 min). Prepare breakfast & lunch altogether. Before exiting Queenstown, we will go play some snow or ski. Spend about 2hours and photo sessions. Around 10.30am @ 11am will continue our journey to Franz Josef. Upon arrival, check in at YHA Franz Josef (twin bed @ NZD67 and single room @ nzd47). Leisure time or can go for unguided walking around the glacier. Get a good rest. Meal will be prepared at the communal kitchen.
Day 8 (7 July 2011)
Wake up early as usual. After preparing breakfast & lunch, we can go for sightseeing around the area before we continue our journey to Christchurch (375km @ 5hrs). We will depart around 11am and approximately will arrive at Christchurch at 4pm. Check in at Christchurch Top 10 Holiday Park (2 bedrooms @ NZD120). Leisure time.
Day 9 (8 July 2011)
Wake up early to catch a flight to Auckland at 11am via Air New Zealand (NZD113 return). Arrive in Auckland at 12.20pm. Check in at TBC. Leisure time or sightseeing in Auckland city and Sky Tower. Dinner outside maybe. Pack our things. We will buy our souvenirs during our journeys in 10days. In Auckland, we will use only public transport.
Day 10 (9 July 2011)
Wake up early than usual. After breakfast, check out straight away go to airport. Depart from Auckland at 11.25am and will arrive at Singapore at 6pm for transit. Depart to KL at 7.40pm and safely arrive at KLIA at 8.40pm. |
