Tukar Password M2U, Valid Sehari Je, Hari Lain Invalid

Salam mod & semua warga O&C,
sori kalo terpkasa buka benang khas utk ni. sebab nak quick repsonse, so kalo boleh takmo kene merge atau sambung dari thread M2U/internet banking.
Masalahnye gini, nape bile aku tukau password dekat M2U (ikut procedure, siap kene amik TAC no.), new password (1) tuh cuma valid sehari jer? maksudnye gini, dah set up & verified new password (1), try log out & log in balik, ok. kiranya dalam sehari tuh tak de masalah. Tapi, bile esoknya or hari2 lain, log in guna new password (1) tuh jadi invalid. terpaksa follow procedure 'forgot password' & ulang balik step buat new password (2).
Then the cycle comes again, new password (2) tadi plak pun sama jer. valid hari tuh saje, next day & onwards, jadik invalid. so kene follow procedure 'forgot password'. nape gini yer?
Try call MBB susah nk angkat call (customer care).
Ape pandangan korang ye. risau ah. |

Hmmmmmm....aku tak pernah tukar password....cuma pernah tukar contact no utk TAC htr through HP...itupun kena tukar kat ATM mesin... |

oo ye ke medang...aku bukan ape, over time, rasanya nk gak tukar password to enhance security. tapi gini plak jadinye. ke, nak tukau password kene guna ATM card? kalo camtuh, nape ade function change p'word dlm M2U kan? |

bro, aku br je dpt pass through customer care line. seb bek ade officer angkat. so, aku dah citer prob nih. die mintak mcm2 verification sume...die pun tak penah face prob cam nih..katanye, nothing i can do except guna kaedah forgot password. pastu kata die kalo susah2 call je dorg sekali lagi mintak MBB reset the whole account, so aku kene gi atm & re-do tac & p'word.
tengok sok camne, kalu still jadik lagi mmg aku nk mintak bank reset whole account aku lah.

saya pon ader pengalaman terlupa password... (sbb jarang guna on9 banking ),cara saya,
saya terus ke kaunter mbb kat cawangan umah saya...pastu saya bg tahu saya lupa pasword..macam besa dorang bg angka giliran..so,menunggulah kejap kat bank tue..bila tiba giliran saya,saya bagi tahu dkt staff tue,saya lupa pasword...terus dia buat laen...n then bagi pasword bru....so saya balik umah just tukar balik pasword yang dia bagi dengan pasword bru kita.... |
