Boleh diwarisi....even kalau dah meninggal masih nama arwah, waris boleh mohon sambung pajakan....kalau di Malaysia Pajakan 99 tahun.

Oh ok. Cuma tanah tu tak boleh pindah tukar nama ye kepada tuan baru jika tuan sebelum tu dh meninggal?

Kalau dh cukup tempoh 99 tahun, boleh mohon sambung pajakan lagi sampai bila? 99 tahun juga ke? Selepas tu sambung lagi dan lagi ye? Sory iols betul tertanya dari dlu lagi. Sebab harga rumah yg kategori leasehold ni lebih murah berbanding rumah freehold.

kelulusan pajakan tu atas kuasa PBN. maksudnye kalau tetiba PBN decide taknak lanjutkan mmg takleh buat ape la.  ada basis je kerisauan org kg ni.  

lg satu la,  ada satu jenis pengambilan yg kerajaan boleh buat utk pihak swasta tapi kena ada reason utk pembangunan ekonomi negeri. misalnye, tanah tu strategik dan sesuai nak dijadikan kawasan perumahan kos rendah atau kawasan perindustrian, pihak swasta tu bleh je mintak kerajaan buat pengambilan tu. dah buat tu mmg ko takleh watpe pun sebab atas kepentingan orang awam kekdahnye.  dah jadi tanah kerajaan award kt pihak swasta tu, tetiba swasta tu taknak honor the agreement buat rumah banglo juta2 plak.  byk kes mcm ni terjadi dulu2.  so korang yg ade tanah tu lg2 kt location strategik takyah rasa selamat sgt. benda boleh buat kot

Sambung pajak boleh tukar ke nama waris baru yang mohon pajak.

Bayar awal la untung. Sebab awal-awal mana ada pembangunan.
kalau dah pacak highway kiri kanan value dah mahal.
bila value dah mahal jadi rebutan goverment & swasta.
i bagi contoh.
I ada tanah pusaka kat BP. arwah atuk jual kat ceti
dapat la RM 300. arwah atuk pesan kat 11 anak dia.
siapa dapat tebus dari ceti tanah tu dia punya.
so anak yang sulung keje telekom dapat tebus.

tu cerita tahun 1970an. i ingat ceti dari 1970-2025
hari hari tepuk dahi. sebab value dah 6 angka.

Boleh je pi ke waris tp tengok la baki tenure klau waris dpt pusaka baki tinggal setahun mmg gigit jari la tambah2 tnh kt tgh bandar. Esok tau2 dpt notis eviction kuar selai sepinggang. Dlm kes tnh majidi ni depa nk ikut style tanah kt bdr bru uda yg dpt convert freehold, tp diorg x faham kt majidi tu dh jd prime area. Yg mamat bju puprole ckp mustahil ni kjn negeri dpt blk tnh tu mungkin terus convert freehold la jwbnya x pun 999 thn, masa tu sekaki jual rm1k ramai je berebut

Oh memang ada pegangan pajakan selama 999 tahun di malaysia. Tapi bezanya di malaysia tanah miliki kerajaan, di uk tiada lagi status tanah miliki kerajaan.

You will often see developers advertising the attractiveness of their new launch projects depicting ‘FREEHOLD’ in big bold letters on billboards and outdoor banners.

Admittedly, freehold properties are snapped up much faster compared to leasehold properties.

To those who are unfamiliar with freehold and leasehold, the core difference between the two land titles lies in whether you own the land your house is built upon or not.

By definition, you have full ownership of freehold properties with no control from the government.

On the other hand, a property on leasehold titled land is owned by the government and belongs to the owner only for the next 30, 60, 99 or 999 years. Upon the expiry of the leasehold duration, the land will revert to the State authority unless it has been renewed beforehand.
