Salam. I think it's over. Pagi ni I dah start bleeding mcm period. But I'll still go to TMC for another blood test.. For closure of some sort. Also to discuss with dr whether I'll have to do dnc (hope not).
InsyaAllah I'm fine. Tak guna ikut perasaan sgt kan.
Shin, I'm thinking of FET in Nov/Dec too coz of school holidays... Tak payah pening kepala thinking of my daughter's transport for school. My embies tinggal 2 je lagi.. Hope they'll survive the thawing process. |

Grieving is a must Kiki  , I just don't want my daughter to see me sad. She's a sensitive child, and very protective of me too. Kalau I nangis, dia pun ikut me menangis, mcm soulmate gitu hehe.. And I have to figure out a way to break the news to her too. She was so excited when I told her she's going to be a kak long at last. Her good friends at school semuanya Ada baby sister/brother. |

Thanks Mel, InsyaAllah I sabar. Right now I'm already thinking what I want to do utk release perasaan I ni. It's ramadhan, so nothing to exciting of course ;). And i've been confined for more than a month, so right now even simple things can give me pleasure.
I nak:
1. Minum coffee ... Ini top of the list ni.
2. Shopping raya for me and my daughter.. Tudung, shoes, and some clothes for her.
3. Beli manik utk tambah bling2 kat baju kurung me and my daughter
4. Pergi lepak2 kat mall, bookshop.. Kat cafe tak bolehlah kan walaupun I tak puasa.. May be I'll go at night dgn hubby.
5. Lose the fat that I gained over the past month sbb asyik baring most of the time.. Ini mesti, otherwise tak muat nak sarong baju raya huhu. So I nak active kan diri I sikit.
6. Bila dah boleh sembahyang, I nak focus ibadat banyak2, inshallah.
Right now I tak nak jumpa family for a while. Hubby's family usually berbuka puasa bersama2 every weekend. I think I'll give that a miss. I don't have the strength to pretend that I'm happy, especially with so many small children around. And I don't want to see the sympathetic looks either, it'll just break me down. It's just going to be awkward, with everyone else in a festive mood and all. Kalau ikutkan hati I, rasa nak pergi holiday je masa raya ni, but that would be very selfish la pulak kan.

This year I sambut raya pertama kat sini Mel. Raya ke 2 baru balik kg I. Hubby kena cuti panjang lah kalau nak pergi holiday lak lepas tu. But why not kan hehe.

Just came back from TMC. Confirmed I've miscarried. My beta is going down.. Two days ago it was 119, today it's 61.5. Tak payah buat dnc coz it's still at very early stage.
Dr said I can do FET as early as after my next period. I'll see how it goes lah. On the one hand I wouldn't want to rush, but on the other it's not good for my embies if I wait too long. I need to consider my daughter as well.. Her schooling, year end exams and what not.
Dr said reason for miscarriage is usually because of some form of defect in the fetus. There's nothing I could have done to prevent it. Regardless of whether it was conceived naturally or through IVF, the outcome would still be the same. Apparently our body can recognize a defected fetus and reject it. |

So, u nak start straightaway ke? Ada tempoh masa jugak ye kalo nak buat FET... I've always thought that quality of embies tak berubah kalo dah frozen... My friend did IVF and dia kata for her next child, her gynae (Dr. Colin) mentioned yg she can opt for FET sebab ader lagik good embies yg simpan. |

InsyaAllah I'm strong. My hubby dah ambil half day leave to teman me . Air mata ni mudah je mengalir, tapi I tau this is not the end.
Frozen embies will deteriorate over the time. My previous dr advised me to do FET within 2 years, sbb lagi lama lagi tak elok kualitinya. So this time I rasa lagi cepat I buat lagi bagus, lagipun I'm not young anymore. The longer I wait, the poorer the prognosis will be. Hubby kata tunggu 2 kali period. We'll see lah, I pun nak tengok camne my body handles the miscarriage, berapa lama bleeding etc. Some people periodnya kucar-kacir after IVF so that will be a factor too.
Lagi 1 factor money lah. I think someone mentioned FET at TMC will cost around 8k. Ini I kena check, mcm mahal sgt pula coz at sjmc dulu ard 2 - 3 k je. And embies stored at TMC pun Ada rental, rm40 per embie per month. So lagi cepat I buat lagi bagus .
Okay I nak pergi minum coffee dulu ;p |

2 kali period mcm tempoh pantang ker? Hari tuh when I did my first IUI, the gynae told me to wait 2 months before trying again... Yet I still read about people doing their IUI every cycle... Anyone knows anything about this? Please share...
