Rules and Regulations

1. This board provides users a platform for buying, selling and to advertise their product. It does not support non-operating functions and does not provide any business helps. We are not responsible for all published post. We have the right to delete any fraud post and have the permission to send fraud-related information to the law enforcement authorities for investigation.

2. Internet shopping is built on the credibility of both buyers and sellers, therefore both sides must act on their own and bear full responsibility and the site will not be liable for any claims that occurs due to this usage of information through our site.

3. Multiple post to strengthen the publicity of their own are not allowed and it is against board rules and regulations . Each user is only allowed to post a new title or post. Moderators have the right to edit, merge, closed or delete all post that is against board rules and regulations without any explanation.

4.Posts release must not prejudice the rights and interests of our site.

5. We reserve the right to edit or delete your post if the post is illegal by the Malaysian law. The user account will be banned immediately if the sale items contains any form of Pirated merchandised, Cigarettes, Drugs, Pornography and other illegal trading items.

6. User been request to prepare goods detail, such as picture, price, period of warranty and transaction detail. We do not encourage users to publish pictures of goods or information from other websites. Users must be careful and responsible when uploading images. If any complaint is received, the post will be deleted immediately without any inquiry. Users are also prohibited from using PM to send website URL. Post that is against board rules and regulations will be closed or reclaimed.

7. Post that are more than 100 pages will be automatically closed.

8. All posts must be based on board rules and regulations to establish post title and using &quotost" function. User have to provide following details as well:

B. Real name: (if buyer require)
C. Address: (if buyer require)
D. Tel/Hp:
E. Bank account information:
F. Company name, Company Registration Number (if have):

9. All transactions will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

10. No spam, chat or multiple reply that is on purpose. If this is found, points will be deducted or the user will be banned.

11. Any posts published by our site is considered to have agreed with the terms above. Therefore, our site will not be responsible for any fraud that incurred during the buying and selling process. If you are a victim of fraud by the posts published in our site, please take the initiative to contact the moderator.

12.Prohibited sexual medicine & products.

13. This board is still under Beta version, therefore rules and regulations will be added or deleted from time to time.

PERHATIAN KEPADA SEMUA WARGA BOD YANG DIHORMATI

sebelum membuka thread bagi mengelakkan thread anda ditutup......  

Sebarang bantahan /pertanyaan mengenai thread yang telah ditutup tidak akan dilayan..

TIDAK DIBENARKAN MEMBUKA THREAD SESUKA HATI

a) Sebarang thread perniagaan yang dibuka hanya berkaitan KOSMETIK, WANGIAN, PENJAGA KULIT BADAN & RAMBUT SAHAJA. Sebarang iklan yang tidak berkaitan adalah dilarang sama sekali. Mod Kosmetik, Wangian, Penjaga Kulit Badan & Rambut berhak menutup atau merge tanpa perlu memberi alasan kepada forumer.

b) Forumer digalakkan untuk membuat pengesahan daripada Mod Kosmetik, Wangian, Penjaga Kulit Badan & Rambutsebelum sesuatu thread dibuka di Kamar Mod Online [Segala bantuan dan pertanyaan di sini]  http://mforum.cari.com.my/viewthread.php?tid=633816&extra=page%3D1

c) Sekiranya forumer berdegil membuka thread yang sama setelah ditutup oleh Mod Kosmetik, Wangian, Penjaga Kulit Badan & Rambut tindakan pemotongan kredit akan di ambil. Jika Forumer masih berdegil Mod Kosmetik, Wangian, Penjaga Kulit Badan & Rambut tidak teragak-agak untuk mengambil tindakan selanjutnya.

d) Sila "search" dahulu sebelum membuka thread bagi mengelakkan thread yang sama dibuka.

AMARAN : THREAD-THREAD YANG DILARANG UNTUK DIBUKA

a) Apa- produk / alatan berkaitan pembesaran zakar atau seks.

b) Post post spt :- bump up,  - up kan thread,  - posting yang sama berulang dan sewaktu dengannya.

c) Thread yang dibuka semata-mata menyatakan ketidakpuashatian kepada forumer lain.

d) Thread yang tiada kena mengena dengan iklan Kosmetik, Wangian, Penjaga Kulit Badan & Rambut.

KLASIFIKASI THREAD

a) WARNA UNGGU   -  Untuk Iklan Barangan yang berkaitan [RAMBUT]

b) WARNA MERAH JAMBU - Untuk Iklan Barangan yang berkaitan [KOSMETIK]

c) WARNA HIJAU - Untuk Iklan Barangan yang berkaitan [WANGIAN]

d) WARNA EMAS - Untuk Iklan Barangan Yang Berkaitan [PENJAGAAN]

e) TIADA WARNA - Untuk iklan yang biasa / umum
                             
Peraturan ini akan dipinda mengikut kesesuaian dari masa ke semasa.

Ok kat bawah ni yang saya dah edit...tambah and kurangkan apa yang perlu..Saya rasa better kita short kan dan make it simple..Tengok dulu ok tak..Yang saya highlight merah tu saya kurang jelas maksud nya...boleh terangkan...

1) Sebarang thread perniagaan yang dibuka hanya berkaitan KOSMETIK, WANGIAN, PENJAGA KULIT BADAN & RAMBUT SAHAJA. Sebarang iklan yang tidak berkaitan adalah DILARANG sama sekali. Mod Kosmetik, Wangian, Penjaga Kulit Badan & Rambut berhak menutup atau merge thread yang tidak berkenaan tanpa perlu memberi alasan kepada forumer.

2) Forumer digalakkan untuk membuat pengesahan daripada Mod Kosmetik, Wangian, Penjaga Kulit Badan & Rambut sebelum sesuatu thread dibuka di Kamar Mod Online [Segala bantuan dan pertanyaan di sini]  http://mforum.cari.com.my/viewthread.php?tid=633816&extra=page%3D1

3) Sekiranya forumer membuka thread yang sama setelah ditutup oleh Mod, tindakan pemotongan kredit akan di ambil. Jika Forumer masih berdegil Mod tidak teragak-agak untuk mengambil tindakan selanjutnya iaitu anda akan dikenakan status POST BAHAMMER.

4) Sila "search" dahulu sebelum membuka thread bagi mengelakkan thread yang sama dibuka.

5) Adalah TIDAK DIBENARKAN sama sekali membuka apa-apa thread berkenaan pengiklanan produk / alatan berkaitan pembesaran zakar atau seks.

6) Post post spt :- bump up,  - up kan thread,  - posting yang sama berulang dan sewaktu dengannya.

7) Thread yang dibuka semata-mata menyatakan ketidakpuashatian kepada forumer lain.

ini berdasarkan pemerhatian aniss lah semasa memantau bod ni..

1)  bump - up / up kan thread
     ada kalanya forumer tk der benda lagi nk tulis dalam iklan..
     forumer hy taip taip perkataan "bump" atau perkataan "up thread"... pastu post lain  taip lagi perkataan yang sama "bump lagi"  / "bump up" / up lagi thread ni dan seterusnya (mcm spam lah)


2)  posting berulang
      sama gak.. post yang sama.... copy yg kat atas pastu paste kat lain banyak2. dalam thread yg sama

3) dan sewaktu dengannya bermaksud : -
     apa-apa yg ditulis selain perkataan "bump" atau copy thread yg sama tp tujuannya untuk menaikkan thread
     (pun sama mcm spam gaklah)


harap admin fhm dengan penerangan anisss...
