berat : 62kg ( nnt saya confirm kan balik )
tinggi : 160
target  : 57-58kg

hari ni nak start exercising. nak all out ni....
my hubby asyik perli2 je lengan dah nak nak sama besar dgn peha . ada kawan2 mcm ni baru semangat.

Lisa, takla, peha ku beso tau, perut pon muncit, tk suka berlapik2 perut ni tau, sit up hari2 pon tk kempes gak, sbb mkn byk kot... Dhla suka mkn manis2, susah tol nk kawal nafsu mkn ni.. Harap2 puasa ni dptla control skit... Selain tu dpt gak save duit beli kuih muih kt bazaar ramadhan tu...)

petite, klu nak tau senaman bukan main belasah je.. kena betul caranya baru nmpak result.

sit up seratus kali pun perut takkan kecik. sebabnya lemak badan meliputi satu badan, kita tak boleh target bhgn tertentu. klu nak kecikkan lengan ke peha ke,kena buat exercise satu badan..


lemak badan tu boleh diumpamakan mcm air dalam kolah. kalau kita amik air guna gayung, berlubang tak air kat kolah tu? tak, tapi air kolah mmg turun arasnya sikit. mcm tu jugak dgn lemak badan, mmg tak boleh target2..

encik din...encik ke cik?heheh anyway,posa start minggu depan ke?tab ingat nak buat zumba tiap hari selasa pagi pukul 9.30.waktu tu nanti ada kelas zumba.sabtu lak buat lesmills body balance.hari2 lain selain isnin,rabu dan ahad buat workout biasa yg trainer tab dah tetapkan.kalau x pegi gym tab main wii fit je lah hahaha ok tak cara ni atau nampak tab ni memaksa diri?but i really wanna join zumba n body balance.fitness class ni syokla.
