i see... so bloomberg & yahoo news is not so reliable. apart from the FB you mentioned, what other reading materials do you suggest, yang maybe layman macam i boleh grasp the points, not too jargon , not too high tech for me... ni kekadang baru baca 1 para dah kena bukak dictionary sebab tak paham terminology yang diguna.

company yg eksport product dia guna USD akan mengalami kerugian bila USD lemah berbanding RM...boleh jelaskan...

international trade biasanya buat in USD...
if you are exporting... you would have quoted in USD and payment will also be made in USD...
bila USD lemah berbanding RM...
untuk barangan yg sama... payment yg u terima in USD tetap juga sama..
tapi bila convert to RM... nilai akan berkurangan mengikut exchange rate semasa...
cost dalam RM tetap sama.. tapi hasil jualan dalam RM berkurangan...
jika profit margin terlalu kecil... ada kemungkinan hasil jualan lebih rendah dari cost in RM.. => KERUGIAN.... |

From the fundamental aspect of fiat money, what cause an inflation from fiat money? What is the relation between inflation with US dollar? Why is it that everytime US carries out Quantitaive Easing (or printing money by creating debt) the price of food, gold, silver and commodity rise? |

If I have 1 ounce of gold and I liquidate it to fiat money (in 1971) I would get USD35 whereas if I decided to keep my 1 ounce of gold untill 2011 and liquidate it to fiat money I would get USD 1600. Can't ya' see, ya' need more fiat money to buy the same thing with the same amount? Gold, silver, food, fuel, car and house.
Are gold deteriorate its purchasing power or is it the fiat money which deteriorate its purchasing power? Is there any in human history of civilization where gold does not accepted as precious metal (the Mayan and Aztec civilsation is an exception because these civilisation did not interact with other civilisation in the world at that time)? Is there any nation which bankrupt due to its reserve in gold ratehr than Zimbabwe which has no gold at all in its reserve to back up its currency? Why China and India especially China, the biggest holder of T-bills purchase a huge amount of gold every year to replace it T-bills, starting at 2008? |

wat hutang (personal loan misal katakan) semaksima yang mungkin dan loan tersebut beli physical gold and silver.
Gold (seeloknya kijang emas dan dinar kelantan) simpan di pajak gadai dapat pinjaman dan beli lagi gold.

1. Buat personal loan max... >>>> menambahkan hutang utk pelaburan adakah tindakan BIJAK..?
2. Pajak emas ( yg mana berhutang) utk beli emas lain (melabur) then pajak lg (hutang lg) then beli emas lg utk melabur..
yang mana..akhir tindakan masuk angin keluar asap jer..
teknik rempit gadai emas ni untung sgt kah..?
sbbnya beza kenaikan emas pun cuma dalam $50 - $ 100 jer..
dah kalo ko gadai gadai gadai emas..cemana nak tebus semula..?
balik2 yg bole tebus pun 1 jer...yg lain2 berkepuk kat ar-rahnu tu camana nak tebus..?
lg pun gadaian cuma dpt 65% dr nilai emas..camana nak roling sgt..? dpt la emas besar janggut udang jer..
pada fikiran aku beli emas secara tunai sikit2 then simpan...
bila recession..then BARU PAJAK emas utk kelansungan idop..ITU YG DIMAKSUDKAN erti kata rezab simpanan emas..
mcm aku beli emas ada 2 kategori..
1. khas utk pakai time raya..kenduri..melaram masa majelis..
2. khas utk PAJAK utk KELANSUNGAN IDOP/emergency fund..
aku tak beli emas bar/coin since bank dah TAK TERIMA utk pajak... |

Secara surface seperti itu, tetapi bukan secara halus. pada bulan 3 tahun 2011 harga emas berada di bawah USD1500. Minggu ini harganya hampir mencecah USD 1700. Secara halusnya banyak faktor yang perlu diambilkira, yang paling penting faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem matawang fiat yang akan mempengaruhi harga emas. Harga emas melambung adalah disebabkan pengurangan purchasing power of the dollar dan the printing of dollar is actually exporting inflation to the rest of the world.
2nd of August 2011, US fail to pay its debt and instead it is raising its debt ceiling. Where does this debt comes from? Who created the debt? How does this will affect the rest of fiat money system in less than 2 years time? |

intipati aku kat sini ialah..jgn sampai teknik pelaburan emas MENJERUT leher sendiri..
belian emas adalah bijak..tapi jgn sampai teknik & cara belian & jenis emas yg dibeli menyusahkan pelabur sendiri.. |

saya keja dekat kompeni semiconductor...
langkah2 yg diambil oleh kompeni:
1) sejak dari Oct 2010 dah start mass vacation... after raya.. i keja 4 days/week...for october untill end of the year pon ada rumors psl mass vacation akan jd lagi byk...yang takde cuti tu..paham2 je..tolak gaji larr....
2) banyak projek hold.. duit semua dah dibekuan for project+order+etc...
3) no new hired.. kalau ada org benti.. nsb larr... sorang akan buat 2-3 keja larrr...
4) no more OT..termasuk larr operator+technician+engineer...
5) no renew contract for contract workers....
p/s: tp i dgr ekonomi skrg tak seteruk masa 2009..betul ke? i plak rasa 2012 akan bertambah teruk... tak tau larr kan... |

naper semua sibuk promosi beli emas, adakah nak bawa emas tu seketul gie pasar k?... jika gadai bukan dpt 100% harga emas tersebut... ada duit beli tanah, tanam kelapa sawit dan getah mcm org kampung buat, org tetap akan cari kelapa sawit untuk buat minyak masak dan getah untuk buat bahan... cuma harga jatuh jelah tpi at least ada invesment...
family ai bnyk beli tanah buat tanam sawit dan getah, kebetulan bisnes construction pun mcm dh x ada projek 2,3 tahun nie... |
