bank mana paling bagus ratenya? nak beli rumah RM150k, mebeng boleh bagi minus 1.6%?
so far based on korang punya experience, bank mana paling bagus?
UPDATE !! aku kongsikan yang mebeng punya rate

BLR - 1.2% (below RM100K)
BLR - 1.6% (below RM150K)
BLR - 2.5% (below RM250K - 1st year under contruction)
BLR - 2.4% (below RM250K - 2nd & 3rd year under contruction)

P/s : Harap geng boleh kongsikan info bagi beng2 lain

awat  bli mahal2. aku cari umah murah da ok. pastu modify kasi besar.  tak perlu utang2 banyak2  dan lama2.   nak bagus, cari umah murah yg setingkat.

bkn apa, bagi yg keja gomen takpe lah. setakat kelulusan sijil, berani beli kos sederhana n keta besar. yg kerja swasta ni yg risau, hendak2 masa gawat. sebab tu aku beli umah murah dan keta kecik je. malas nak utang2.

BLR - ?.?% slalunya bergantung pada rega umah.... makin mahal rumah, makin cantek laa rate diorg bagi......

kat sini sewa takda la tinggi sgt..rata2nya sewakan 550-600 utk umah kosong..
700-800 utk furnished..

yg tuh yg aku bleh nmpak dr iklan2 umah sewa kat blok nih la

awat murah sgt sewanya? kat selangor, flat (650kps @ RM60k) pung dah sewa RM450...... kalu sewa kat kompeni buat hostel dpt RM600.......

ni pun bank buat calculation based on income bisnes
range ni yang mebeng boleh bagi
target nak ambil umah lelong
kalau dapat yang area yang baik tapi harga rendah pun, aku ambil gak
