Kopi membuatkan kita kerap kencing. lepas w/out maybe nak retain water lebih sikit, so better x minum. Tapi kalau nak sangat minum je la. Asalkan banyak minum air dan rajin-rajin kencing. Hahaha

up sikit thread ni...baru jumpa

ehhh...mmg buat weight training dulu baru cardio ek?? selama nih aku buat tebalik...padan 6 packs aku tak timbul2..

kenapa ko kata bodypump tu cardio...aku ingat bodypump tu cabang weight training jugek....aku musti masuk kelas la bang....senyap sorang2 mengangkat2 nih buhsannnn tak de competition wakakakka....

tapi aku rasa mmg ada benarnya...memola aku tengok2 instructor2 lesmills tempat aku badan cantik2.....lepas setahun dua tahun...mmg derang jadik macam kurus la...bukanla kurus kerempeng gitu...tapi kurang la timbul2 musclenyer....too much cardio gamaknya....
