minggu lepas baru start semula main gym...selepas beberapa tahun tinggal
fuhhhh...sakit bahu & chest, hilang slps 3,4 hari...

nak pakai baju pn rasa susah....
minggu ni, mampus lah aku kena buli dek member kat gym

aku baru nak mula maen gym..insyaallah lps balik dari outstation..finally im backto  malaysia..berminggu2 habis kan thread ni nak cari info/spirit...thx for d info and pix etc..sebagai persediaan..ada jugak buat reseach kat bodybuilding.com..musclefitness etc dan jugak blog bro zaki khan..insyaallah will start next 2 week ..berat skunk 70kg 178cm..x boroi..tapi ada sket belly fat..sape2 forumer kat sini bileh la share tip2 tok org baru ..

kalau weight training wajib ke buat reps yang dari banyak kepada sikit

contoh angkat squat with barbell
barbell la kosong je
15 reps x 3 set
tapi kena tegur suruh buat
15-10-8

Depends on goal. Nak build strength lowrep/heavyweight.  Nak build endurance highrep/lightweight.

Depends on your current body. Nak bulk up recommended buat strength training. Nak cut recommended endurance training.
