The story centers around Anna Swan — played by Jennifer Morrison of House, a 28 year old bail bonds collector who discovers she’s a lost princess destined to save her world from darkness. She’s been on her own ever since she was abandoned as a baby but when the son she gave up yearsago finds her, everything will change. Henry, played by Jared Gilmore, is 10 years old now and in desperate need of Anna’s help. Henry believes that Anna is actually Prince Charming (Josh Dallas) and Snow White‘s (Ginnifer Goodwin) missing daughter. According to his book of fairytales, they sent her away to protect her from the Evil Queen‘s (Lana Parilla) curse, which trapped the fairytale world forever, frozen in time. Anna doesn’t believe a word, but when she brings Henry back to Storybrooke, she finds herself drawn to this unusual boy and his strange New England town. Concerned for Henry, she decides to stay for a while, but she soon suspects that Storybrooke is more than it seems. It’s a place where magic has been forgotten, but is still powerfully close… where fairytale characters are alive, even though they don’t remember who they once were–including the Evil Queen who is now Henry‘s foster mother
Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan: a 28-year-old bail bonds collector who learns that she holds the key to saving the Real World and the Enchanted Forest. Emma is the daughter of Prince Charming and Snow White/John Doe and Sister Mary Maragaret Blanchard and Henry's real mother. Emma was sent from the Enchanted Forest because Prince Charming and Snow White wanted to protect her from the curse made by the Evil Queen.
Jared Gilmore as Henry: Emma's son whom she gave up for adoption ten years earlier. Henry learns the truth behind Storybrooke from a book of fairy tales and finds his biological mother with the hopes of convincing her to save the Enchanted Forest. He is the grandson of Prince Charming and Snow White/John Doe and Sister Mary Margaret Blanchard. He is the foster son of The Evil Queen/Regina Mills who cursed his grandparents and everyone else.
Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White/Sister Mary Margaret Blanchard: the eponymous character and main protagonist from the fairy tale and Emma's biological mother who becomes Henry's elementary school teacher in the Real World. Snow White is also Henry's grandmother because Emma is her daughter with her husband Prince Charming/John Doe.
Joshua Dallas as Prince Charming/John Doe: the hero of the Snow White fairy tale, the leader of the Enchanted Forest's War Council and Emma's biological father who becomes an unknown comatose patient at Storybrooke General Hospital in the Real World. Prince Charming is also Henry's grandfather because Emma is his daughter with his wife Snow White/Sister Mary Maragaret Blanchard.
Lana Parrilla as The Evil Queen/Regina Mills: the icily beautiful antagonist of the Snow White fairy tale who becomes Henry's foster mother and Storybrooke's mayor in the Real World. The Evil Queen/Regina knows that Emma is the daughter of Prince Charming and Snow White/John Doe and Sister Mary Margaret Blacnhard who are also Henry's grandparents.

makin best lah.. padahal baru episod 2 aku tgk.. honestly, pilot episode dia biasa jer.. mcm tak beraper best.. bila dah masuk episod 2 tetiba aku jadi hooked!! baru aku tau Henry budak kecik tu saper kat dlm dunia fantasy.. sedih siot!!
