age:43
tinggi 158cm
previous weight 56kg
now 53-52kg on off.
i have flabby tummy. so, i change my eating habit.  pagi: my collagen drink+ scramble egg+pisang.   lunch segenggam nasi+lauk+sayur+my herbal tea.  dinner i cepatkan dlm kul 6pm. menu sm dgn lunch.              i cume jogging on weekend. easy exercise for breast & a bit for  tummy.tp tummy la yg mls sekali

disebabkan dah lama iols tak gi gym, selepas lari semalam, peha dan betis iols dah sakit

2 years ago, i pernah turun berat badan dengan cara eating healthy + vigorous workout dekat rumah and kadang2 pergi gym..
workout dekat rumah tu menggunakan video workout from youtube..
tapi lepas tu, laptop tiba2 rosak and i pun dah stop working out...

as a result=i become overweight again.

now, nak baby step untuk slowly turunkan berat..

now day 4 of drinking 4 cup of green tea every day and setiap malam minum Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar...
nak eat healthy susah sikit sebab area my workplace ni tak banyak pilihan makanan healthy.

i think sbb uols tak exercise laa jadi asik mengantuk tu sbb blood flow tak berapa memberansangkan.. rasa mengantuk tu sbb oksigen ke otak berkurangan... so otak cepat penat & jadi mengantuk... try exercise sikit2... mmg physically rasa penat tp u takkan mengantuk... dont forget to inhale & exhale deeply during exercise & after exercise.... nak make sure oksigen sampai cukup ke otak...

4 cups of green tea tu mmg as recommended ke? coz i thot 4 cups tu quite high for greentea.. though its green tea, it's still high in caffeine, hence dia mmg jadi bagus untuk turun berat badan & increase heart rate....

why not u try camnie... take 1 cup of coffee / greentea without sugar about 10-15 minutes before workout... mmg high impact laa your workout nnti & more fat burn... sama concept dengan taking l-carnitine before workout, taking caffeine pun good impact to maximize fat burn...

jangan amek greentea for dinner... takut susah nak tido/ less quality sleep.

Green tea js good for slimming due to its caffeine contrnt & other anti oxidants properties... try to limit 2-3 cups a day & u substitute with other type of tea.. mcm rosebud tea.. pu er tea... chrysanthemum tea, roselle tea etc.. byk giler option u actually & semua tu ada benefit masing2 & plus, utk slimming summore, cuma not from caffeine effect la...

Beli kat kedai chinese herbs merata2 ada... murah je dalam sepeket 6 ringgit.. sebotol 19 ringgit.. cuma u jangan laa segan2 nak masuk kedai camtu... best sgt ok.. i love flower tea

This is something new for me.. i seriously tak pernah nak try other type of tea except normal tea and green's..

Alright one of these days  i want to tea-hopping la.  Tak pernah nak pergi kedai herbs ni..

Nice info. Sebab pucca pon sebelum ni Consume 4 cawan gak. Bancuh dalam thermos 500ml. Yg bagusnya sekarang, semenjak minum Green tea ni, kalo lepas makan takde air manis pon takpe. Minum air kosong je. Tapi kalo salah Consume jadi mudarat balik la kan.
Pastu ada baca sis suggest beli teh Kat kedai herba cina kan. Yg sis pegi tu, kedai dalam shopping mall or jenis umah kedai tu.
Kalo harga dalam rm6,ok lah nak try. Tak mahal pon
