salam semua.. cocorine mendaftar diri balik... back with a vengence!!
sblm nie ala2 lemau separuh jalan.. tapi kali nie kena kuat semangat..
dulu boleh buat kenapa skrang tidak... nafsu makan kena control..dah x sanggup nak bwk extra fat nie around dah... so kengkawan, kalau nmpk cocorine x check-in lama tu..
tolong lah tegur or marah... ala2 pengawas... thank u in advance yer

p/s: ahhhh sis pauline.. lamanya x nmpk.... windu dgn otai2 nie semua...

i kan ala2 angat2 taik ayam..tp i suka KB tu..dia overall body workout and takyah lama2 mesti peluh sbb heart rate cepat naik..and even tho bagus to be in sports gear, actually you dont have to change as long as your clothes is comfy..so betul2 takde excuse..
i baru lps dinner, roti bakar with cheese and colek sambal goreng tempoyak, plus coffee..i ni kan coffee addict..tunggu sat then workout..
i rasa malam ni takleh naik treadmill so i think i buat JM 1 la kot..

bukan takleh naik treadmill...hubby tgh tengok cinta elysa..i nyampah nak tengok..sbb treadmill tu dpn tv..hahahha..

kalau ikut hati, mmg malas..tp since i dah start, tak mau berhenti..this time around i nampak the workout effect cpt on my body..

Hi darlings sue, aini, arys, pauline, & lain2.

Jangan caya apa i tukis kat muka ssebelah tu pasal perodak-perodak kurus tanpa senaman tu. I gurau-gurau manja je. Hahaha
Now cuti di Msia,  i cuti gaya hidup sihat gak. Senaman sangat2 la merudum coz i memang nak cuti puas2. I deserve a break, dah lebih setahun tak dapat cuti ni. So selain study for my exams, i now buat programme detox sendiri...jeng jeng jeng... Melantak 2 bungkus nasi lemak bungkus setiap pagi! Ngehngehngehngeh Uols bayangkan la betapa lipatan2 lemak mengganas sejak i sampai KL last week. Kehkehkehkeh takpe, hari tu before balik Msia i dah senaman gila babas sebulan. Nanti balik sana senaman balik aaa.
Rugi maaa kalau tak melantak now, nanti kena tunggu tahun depan plak nak jadi gila gini balik.

kita takleh nak target nak bakar lemak bahagian mana
sebab tue kalau tgk org yang ader 6 pack atau flat abs....dieorg automatically tangan tak gelebeh kan??
sebab pembakaran lemak menyeluruh
in order nak kurangkan lemak @kecikkan bahagian lengan
u kene start cardio jugak(utk keseluruhan badan)
senaman cardio- walking, swimming, skipping (pergerakan yang naikkan heart rate kita)
then u bleh continue dengan toning or sculpting arm
yang nie boleh guna dumbbell
banyak workout utk pembentukan lengan guna dumbbell di you tube just type okeh

seronok sgt cuti 3 hari nie,,huhu

semalam (1st day cuti)= buat JM cardiokickboxing..rindu lama tak buat ahkak jill nyer workout
then continue ngan ZUZANA full body
one leg squat= 20 each leg
one leg crawl= mampoo buat 5 jerk each(damn hazab yang nie)
one leg push up= 15 each rep
one leg dead lift= 15 each rep

harinie bangun2 kaki sore plak..lama tak buat yang intense workout kan
pagi nie bakar kalori almost 1 hour 45 minutes, sapu sampah, mop umah...adeh peluh2 eden

JM cardiokickboxing & zuzana tu ada jual dvd dia kat memana tak? yg byk nampak kat kedai pump it up nye workout. and ada jugak yg mcm zaman dulu2 punya (gila bosan).

2 minggu lps ada seminar kt midvalley trus melencong ke speedy video, carik dvd menari.. dpt le rembat Sexy Nightclub Workout DVD... mcm2 step menari yg seksi.. tp smp skrg aku masih blm berkesempatan nk try exercise ikot dvd tuh.. asek sibuk je ngn si kecik nih.. aduhai...

I love nigellla, and i love my red meat & kuih & all sorts of traditional foods lucky i x suka those pastry/ cakes/ western desserts. I also love my senaman & my elipmachine & my wii. Great combo kan?

Ni baru lepas brisk walking around neighbourhood, n outdoor exercise kat padang nun dgn hubby.
Pastu makan nasi lemak sebungkus (kemut betul peniga tu, mahal kecik bangat lekat celah gigi je). then i lapar lagi, gi membaham fruits kat dapur tu.
Now nak buat weeding kat garden my parents tu. Buruh kasar hari nih Denda ciz gemuk melampau sejak balik msia 2 wks ago.
