Ni baru lepas brisk walking around neighbourhood, n outdoor exercise kat padang nun dgn hubby.
Pastu makan nasi lemak sebungkus (kemut betul peniga tu, mahal kecik bangat lekat celah gigi je). then i lapar lagi, gi membaham fruits kat dapur tu.
Now nak buat weeding kat garden my parents tu. Buruh kasar hari nih Denda ciz gemuk melampau sejak balik msia 2 wks ago.

saya dah sebulan ke gym buat cardio n weight..makan control sket..ada la 1kg kurang sebulan...
petang2 saya buat sendiri ikut www.bodyrock.com n www.sixpackfactory.com

depa nie pakai tabata style so kalori bakar mmg byk...
mula2 u try brisk walking dlu....

2. malas makan..

i mmg tak update la my workout here..malas dehhhh...
but it has been almost 3-4 weeks workout consistently because, because, takde reason kot..hahhaha..weekdays, i buat just because i think i tak active bergerak..
weekends i dah cakap why i buat, i sangat, sangat, dan sangat dengki kat hubby i yg gi cycling with the neighbors..they burn like more than 1000 cals each cycling session and they do it at least twice a week..so i said, takkan i nak berenang atas katil kot?
klu tak kena gaya, i blh depress if tak workout klu fikir nanti laki ku kurus, tp aku maintain tembam..hahhahahah
he said, yg nak kejar calorie dia buat apa? kalau i workout everyday, within a year mesti ada results..he is right..so far, i tak de miss lagi workout for more than 2 days...dulu2 kan teruk..hahahhaha

Ada baca jugak sambil lalu posting kat atas2 ni.Interesting.Ada yg baru nak turunkan berat tapi tak tau camner.OK, may i give my suggestion?Saya bukanla otai yer, tapi setakat ni puas hati la dgn result yg saya dpt..hehe

Kat citu ada 10 Channel yg bagi free workout.Yg penting effective, not expensive.Kalau suka follow Cd takde masalah, then uols boleh beli CD.

Yg penting sekali pilih workout yg korang boleh FOLLOW & FOKUS.Saya cakap follow maksudnyer yg "dekat dgn hati"...i dunno how to describe.OK cthnyer la, mcm saya tak suka workout jenis slow2, lemah gemalai, n jenis2 cam aerobic tu.Tapi saya suka jenis Interval Training dan Kettlebell(KB) workout.Maka, saya pilih BodyrockTV(Interval Training&Cardio) & Myomytv(KB workout).Then saya FOKUS pada apa yg saya buat.Satu lagi kenala konsisten.Jgn buat sikit2, then dah nmpk result, uols stop...balik pd habit lama.memang la bdn akan naik.Jadikan ia LIfestyle korang.Bukan sesuatu utk jangka masa pendek.

Dan yg penting jugak, kena la buat research sikit kat net, jgn org bagi suggestion terus di-copy bulat2.Mana yg effective utk A, mungkin tak effective utk si B or C..hehehe.
Penting jugak, cari yg betul2 effective(sbb kat net jugak, byk jugak yg bagi cara yg salah).kalau mcm saya, yg saya suka dan mmg bagi result is KB workout dan BodyrockTv tu.Talking about jimatkan masa dan efektif.Train hard & smart.yg effective tak semestinya berjam2 lama atau yg complicated ok.

Satu lagi bab pemakanan(nutrition), jgn pula dilupa.Aini dah bagi tips bagus kata ats tu.Dan perlu jugak ingat, nak kurus bukannya dgn berlapar n follow diet(?) yg pelik2.

Maap ler kalau ayat diatas bunyinyer seperti membebel ok lol!

Oh ye, satu lagi...kalau nmpk exercise tu mcm hazabnyer, ishh boleh ke aku buat camtu?Stop berpikiran mcm tu.Sebab kalau kita tak CUBA kita tak tau kita BOLEH atau TIDAK.Give urself a try, then nilaikan sendiri.....

   p09x...cd tu ada..tapi tak buat..kadang2 je buat...

sebabnya susah nak follow betul2 program tu...disebabkan susah nak dpt cd player serta ada beberapa alat y tak de seperti alat tuk chin up..

satu lagi kalau nak betul2 result dia kena follow menu pemakanan...
syik takde menu pemakanan dia..hehehe...

paling suka buat kenpoX... hehe

Tabata or HIIT mmg terbukti for fat loss and muscle mass gain, because you got to do your maximum effort in short amount of time.. maximum effort ok... it is not like circuit training which counted on repititions .. it is like you are given 50sec to do your max effort and only 10sec rest... during rest ni you burn more... this traning sgt intense... but mmg terbukti sgt berkesan.... i've learned my share   Anyways, in my humble opinion, we need to take a break sometimes, i mean, i am not an athlete, i workout for my health... so i use all methods, i mean all that i think would give me challenge and result to my body.. tp tu lah.. i would need a break from HIIT / tabata.. and would definitely go back to circuit training, etc as long as i feel like it

so if you guys nak berjinak2 dgn tabata/HIIT, my recommendation would be:
BODYROCK.tv

this is the first online fitness / workout site yg i ikut ...... i really like it.. like i said, terbukti for fat loss and muscle mass gain... take time to study the site and how the training should be done...

one thing it is FREE.. so if you nak something that is FREE and BERKESAN .. do your homework

we are here to help you guys if you need clarification on things that you all dapati susah nak faham k

OH BY THE WAY, actually banyak lagi online free fitness experts yg guna HIIT or TABATA ni, bukan hanya Bodyrock.tv. Contoh mcm myomy.tv etc.. which specialize in KETTLEBELL (sis Leena bleh kasi huraian)... and byk lagi.... my point is this type of HIIT/TABATA training sgt berkesan.. cuma tang makan korang kena jaga gak la.. k.. jgn ingat berkesan pastu main tibai je makan.. ekekekkeke............

but i promise you guys, you don not have to be sgt2 strict with your diet.. you can eat your favorite food.. but in moderation... sendiri beringat la k..

Update etc.:
1. Pagi ni berat 51.9kg.. patutla nampak and feel lean semcm jek...
2. Semlm tidur my gum berdenyut2.. sakit.. ntah kenapa tiba2 je... so today i MC, nak pegi doctor gigi....
