em, actually i bley kate last year was my active year..

but this year, kaputs..  
penat tak hilang lagi kot since last time I panjat Kinabalu..
my urat-urat kaki semua sudah ade lari sket..
one of my biggest probs now was my left knee..
sebelum nie I rajin join running event..

after Kinabalu tue I injured..
dat's y I gained weight leks coz rest terlalu lama and tak consistently do workout..
makan pon tak berapa jage..

I gained 6kg's anyway..
teruk eyh..

14kgs....good luck for u....from my reading....diorg slalu suh mkn small portion 5-6 kali sehari with 3 hours intervals...let's give it a try....maybe can try some of tips kat sini....http://www.howtolose10poundsfast ... th-no-side-effects/

I memang amalkan camnie mase awal-awal start losing weight dulu.. in 9 months I lose lebey kurang 27kg's..
dengan workout consistently gaks.. cardio in a weeks atleast 5-6 hours & ade wat circuit training gaks..

now nak start leks kena slowly.. I geram la kaki I cepat lenguh & lutut ada kua bunyik..
I ade consume glucosamine skang..
