huaaa dah genap sebulan batuk
harini sempat buat yang nieh
one with these sets:
20 high knees
10 butt kick
80 jumping jacks
100 seconds running in place
KB swings 15x
KB round the body 20 x
10 butt kicks
20 high knees
20 squats
30 lunges
40 toe touches
50 second wall sit
KB swings 15x
KB round the body 20 x
40 toe touches
30 lunges
20 squats

baru nak gegeh balik..abs masih belum mantap
hehe cuma hasil workout nieh
i tak kembali dah gemuk mcm dulu
kalau naik badan pun dia takkan melampau2 mencanak
nie dah lama tak wo ala2 lemau sebab almost 2 weeks tak sehat

Terujanya tgk uols yg workout ni....i ni dah gained weight  almost 15 kilos sejak kawen+ beranak....
Nak beli treadmill, tapi takut hot hot chicken shit je....bila baca post uols kat sini, tetiba terinspired pulak....
Petang ni lepas skolah nak beli dumbell + cd + skipping rope...
Harap harapnya boleh beristiqamah..hihihihihihh....

Ps : kalo workout time tengahari/ petang (pukul 2-3) ok ke uols? Sebabnya i ni cikgu, pagi mmg taksempat even bangun pukul 5 sekalipun, nak kena sediakan breakfast untuk anak anak lagi.....petang pulak dah kena prepare dinner untuk family...

i think u can workout anytime....just make sure after 2-3 jam lepas makan, baru workout....

memang seronok baca tread ni...akak ni pun lama tak excercise. Kalau tak dulu CD aerobik tu wajib ada kt umah. Sekarang tak tau pg buang kt mana dah. Walaupun bergirdle, tapi excercise tu pun penting untuk stamina..so hope weekend ni ada la peluang berjoging atau main sepak2 bola dgn anak2..

asalkan ada kelapangan..just move your body

salam u all.

kak dah gemok balik sbb jatuh tangga masa pegi keje naik train dulu, so lama dah tak senam2 ni, bila skipping sakit kaki,
cuma dapat control makan jgn lebih je, ada idea apa ye utk senaman yg tak heavy tapi leh burn kalori

setiap kali sebelum workout pastikan buat warm up.. bukan warm up streching nuun...
warm up y betul ada join mobility, dynamic warm up.. cuba search kt dlm youtube ada byk....

thanks sebab sudi menjawap soalan akak ni...actually akak ni geng2 awal masuk thread ni...memang dah kurus leh pakai baju saiz M tapi bila jatuh tangga tak buat senaman n tambah lagi gatal pegi derma darah ...terus pakai L balik...

tapi sekarang dah buat balik diet secara sihat, so dapat la maintain berat tak naik lagi....
