Good luck uols...iol baru 2 bulan dlm proses mengecikkan badan,harap sebelum raya iol dapat figure n berat yang iol nak...

tapi nanti start raya mulala iol melantak apa yang dihidang,ade kat sini bole bagi tips untuk kawal makan makanan kat open house nanti

Td mkn ns lauk ikan utk breakfast..lunch mkn bihun sup n buah..
Ptg mkn kacang n paw sikit ns grg kwn dlm 2 sudu

Dinner kul 7 mkn 1 slice whole meal bread..half cucumber, salad, tuna n tomato.

Tp td lapar lg..huhu..minum milo tp buat cair2..

Ok..dah kurang 1.5 kg dlm masa sminggu..target lg 5 kg utk berat ideal..mmg degil la last 5 kg ni..dr thn lps try x achieve2..

Salam semua...baru ternampak forum ni...ha..ha..padahal saja cari tered untuk kurus pasal berat badan dah naik 5 kilos...ada yang dah tegur pun badan meols dah naik..hu...hu..

Ni meols bagi detail:
Salam TT,

Nak join forum untuk kurus jugak..tadi dah bg detail kt tt..

Ni nak bg detail..

Getting Started:-
1. Ukur ketinggian
2. Berat badan : 63 kg
3.  ukurlilit badan : Dada = 36 "
                                        Pinggang = 30 "
                                        Punggung = 40 "

3. Assess BMI = 22.86, body fat  (13%)

Harap2 dapat la semangat lebih kalau join forum ni..untuk makluman...hari ni meols tak start apa2 lagi regime...taip depan komputer sambil berforum je dah....ngeh..ngeh..

sebenarnya..berat 63 ni merupakan berat yang terberat pernah meols alami...(bila tak mengandung)...hubby pulak macam tak sokong je bila meols nk kuruskan badan..dia lagi suruh naikkan berat adala...sebabnya..muka meols ni jenis cengkung..jadi bila kurus je..muka ynag terlampau kurus...tapi yang tak best bila berat ni..semua jadi sakit...belakang sakit..lutut pun dah start sakit ni...buat pengetahuan semua...meols ni kategori medium frame..jadi berat yang bersesuaian dalam range 56 - 62 kg je..sekarang ni dah lebih 1 kilo ni..at least kalau boleh dapat berat 58-59kg tu pun dah cukup bagus...

bestnya u dah turun berat badan. i pun tgh struggle nak turunkan berat badan sebab naik mendadak 13kg (dulu hari hari breakfast McD), now menyesal tak sudah sbb sebulan je dah boleh naik macam tu. habis semua baju tak muat

i skrg wajib dalam seminggu tu 4-5kali zumba, makan pun dah start jaga dah. wish me luckkk

13kg to date 4 bulan sebelum raya kira2 sempat kalau terus istiqomah dri exercise & jaga makan

yes dear, exercise 5 kali seminggu, jaga makan kalau lunch salads dgn salmon ke or turkey breast.. utk carbo kdg2 wholemeal bread.. nasi tu seminggu 2-3 kali je..lepas pukul 8 mmg tak makan kecuali apple. Ptg workout 1jam setengah.. Air manis mmg tak sentuh.. Air masak je lama2 dah biasa

1-1.5 kg weight loss is a healthy weight loss dear.. I pun target 1kg je each week.. keep doing it for fitter & healthier you!

Sebulan naik 13 kg? Owh my..banyaknya..kalau i..13kg dah kena beli baju seluar baru..mesti naik 2 saiz

I x boleh tinggal nasi la....huhu..

Tp i mkn pagi2. Tghari roti..mlm protein only. Atau biskut..Tp tak mampu istiqamah sgt. Ada hari yg mkn nasi 2 kali..

Air milo still minum tapi tanpa susu.

Omggg 13kg. Nangis i dengarrrr. I baru 2days and a half start healty lifestyle tapi i still makan nasi, cuma tak banyak macam dulu lah. Zumba memang i buat almost everyday and then every morning sebelum kerja memang i pergi jogging dulu sejam. Sampai ofis berpeluh peluh

Aah u. Habis semua baju tak muat. Stress sangat. Asyik kena ulang pakai baju yang besar yang sama je   now i dah sedar diri gemuk sampai semua tegur, terus start diet + exercise dah

Every morning before u pegi kerja u jogging tu i salute sbb i tak cukup istiqomah nak workout pagi2 wlupun pagi sbnrnya bgus bgi metabolism tggi   Patience & preseverence are the key gitu teruskan nnti share2 lah your update ok
