sy ni bantut orangnye,50kg pun nampak gemuk lagi.sbb tu kene reach 45kg baru nampak kurus sket.tapi sejak dah berumur ni(hehe),makin lembap lak penurunan

haha...talk bout berumur...think i am older than u lah....i gain lots of weight when i was in my 20's and lost it in my 30's.

camner nak citer erk...lebih kurang camnie lah kot...normally i can fit size M paling besar....one day tu, size M pun dah tak bole pakai, I was so terkejut, susah hati...trus tak selera makan langsung...bukan diet...tapi memang tak selera langsung...tak ingat brapa kg yg turun...that is the first drastic weight lost....the 2nd time...masa naik lrt, I notice jari i mcm kembang...oh no! terkejut lagi...terus ilang selera mkn....turun lagi beberapa kilos...2-3 tahun lepas, turun 2kg...tapi last year turun & naik...bulan puasa lepas 49kg, skrg nie 51kg...paling berat 63kg...now i can fit size S or XS, baju kurung pun pakai size 34. Hope to turun jadi 48kg.

Lupa plak...sepjg penurunan berat tu bole dikatakan I tersangatlah jarang exercise...enrol gim with yearly membership...masa tgh rajin...seminggu 2x pergi, adalah sebulan dua...lepas tu terus takde...tapi last year ada skit rajin dari seblumnyer, tapi still almost the same jugak. Tahun nie start dgn walking...setakat nie masih rajin lagi....seminggu 3x gi walking...one session try to do 10km...choose walking psl I want a low impact exercise...takut sakit lutut lah...hehe...

yes,dami tak go to extreme way.tapi slow but consistent.memang la lambat penurunan die,tapi kite pun tak rase tertekan sgt nak kurus.steady je,dan lame2 kite pun enjoy exercise ni

ps;but mase mule2 start memang takde perubahan langsung.almost 2 months baru nampak jarum timbang tu bergerak

dami pun choose walking.sbb tak suke jogging,bergegar sane sini.pastu kene phewit ngn mat indon kije kontrak kat sini.hampeh

tapi i enjoy walking,sbb low impact dan relaks je.sambil2 tengok pemandangan lepas subuh.tapi kekadang ade gak anjing2 mengong yang dok menyalak setiap kali dami lalu

oic...i walk kat tasik dkt area umah....from my reading...5k steps for maintaining and 10k step for weight lose. I ada beli pedometer tu...tapi not sure bacaan dia betul ker tak.....I just take average jerlah...10k steps equal to 6 round tasik tu....4 round tasik lebih kurang 10km. I punya speed 1.6km in about 8 mins.

bagusnye measure walk steps.dami tak penah measure.pedometer pun lom beli lagi.dami bese kire 30-40 minutes je a day.berape laju tu tak kire pulak

6 kali tasik?mau muntah darah haku cmtu

hehe...pedometer to bole kasi motivate jerlah...esp kalu dpt buat more than 10k steps...

Ala Dami, myself slalu buat 4 round tasik jer....kadang2 jer baru larat nak wat 6 round tasik...kena time rajin, pagi petang do my walking...haha...tapi skrg nie suka hujan lah....tu yg kadang2 cuti walking...

I think u bole try increase the time skit2....tambah 5 mins dulu ker...pastu pelan2 naikkan...I think I do 4 round tasik less than 1 hour.

msalah dami pulak kene kuar walk pagi,baik keje dh maghrib.so kalau kua pagi after 6.30 baru berani kuar rumah.sebelum tu gelap kan?kat umah dami banyak hanjengs :@

oh yer ker...leceh lah kalu byk hanjengs....buat time cuti lah...weekend ker...so far dah maintain 3x a week kan? oklah tu...

risau sgt ni..berat naik mendadak2..skrg dh 70kg...aduss...x pernah naik mcm ni...3 kali peknen..plg tinggi pon 72kg..skrg x peknen pn dh 70kg..apa hal ni ? excercise mmg xde..mkn mcm biasa...geram nyer...

tp .. i noticed..kl utk i...kalau i susah hati yg boleh lose weight w/pn mkn..tp kalau xde masalah..x mkn pon bkn nyer kurus..lg naik..huhu...

u ols..sape2 ada guna benda ni x? hr tu ada promo kt mall..harga dlm 2k++...i try la 15min.punyalah i melinjang gatal kt area peha & tempat2 yg berlemak...sale person kata gatal effect dr pembakaran lemak...i x puas hati..suruh hubby try...tp hubby i mmg x gemuk la..dia kata x rs apa..

pastu ada person yg badan berisi mcm i try...i pon tanyalah dia rasa gatal2 x..dia ckp xde plak...kalau betul la benda ni leh bakar lemak..mmg i nk bli 1...

so sape2 yg tau ttg benda ni...kongsi lah review dgn i..tq
