nak tumpang tanya, saya cuba nak booking dari semalam, first time, tak dpt2, pagi ni pulak, dah settle semua, pastu tentang payment tu dia decline, kenape, pastu saya submit lagi sekali, decline gak... cam ne ek... 2 kali tu, ade ke dia caj 2 payment atau pun dia reject sebenarnya? Haruskan nak cuba sekali lagi, sbb AA soh tukar cara pembayaran, saya klik je yg CC tu... CC tu pulak kepunyaan kawan saya... |

mula2 ingat mcm DC yg biasa jadi malaslah nak sign uo rupanya kad BIG ni ada 2 fungsi : kad loyalti + prepaid visa
- kiranya, kalau kita beli tiket, add ons semua dapatlah kumpul point...
- kalau kita guna kad BIG sebagai DC, dapat extra point lagi (2 kali point)
kena bayar tu, yuran proses...

Activation of the Card
You must activate your Card first before you can use it or reload money onto the VISA Wallet. Activation can be done through the BIG Portal or you can refer to our Website or contact our Customer Experience Centre for further information.
To activate your Card via the Website, you will have to first log-in to the BIG Portal with your user ID & password, then follow the steps in the card activation section. Once verified by our system, the Card is activated.
Please be reminded that your Card is a “2 in1” prepaid VISA payment and loyalty card. Once the Card is ‘activated’, you must then reload the VISA Wallet with funds.
If you do not load money onto the VISA Wallet portion of the Card, then you can only use the Card as a ‘loyalty’ Card to collect BIGGIES. You cannot make payments, withdrawals, or transact with the Card at any VISA merchant or for any online payment transactions.
Hence, to carry out retail and online transactions with your Card, you must make the initial load into the VISA Wallet of your Card. Once you have reloaded the VISA Wallet with funds, you are now ready to transact and use the Card (as payment tool) worldwide wherever a 'VISA' card is accepted. |

insurans tu sunat je .
hari tu masa nak pi jakarta ingat nk ambik insuran tp hingga ke sudah lupa nk add on.
jadinya mmg tak beli xtra insuran....cuma ada insuran lain yg dh sedia dilanggan. |

yg insurance tu utk penerbangan
domestik ke international?
sy pilih domestik (JB-BKI) pun ada insure return (rm18)
masa pending payment tu try nak opt out..tak boleh
terus jer buat payment..rasanya mcm wajib amik jer...
kalau retime selalu masa jer atau masa dgn tarikh?
husband tak bgi pi KK 7-9 Aug 2012 sorang-sorang
alamatnya kena burn la tiket tu.... |

nak tanya. masa pilih seat tu wajib pilih ke? coz u amik free seat ke? nnti dia letak kat mana2 kan. pastu baggage tak campur skali ke yg rm30 tu? insuranse sorang rm18. |
