Here are “before and after” photos of some of Dr. Pellegrini’s patients. These patients agreed to share their fantastic smile transformations. If you would like to share your smile transformation, please contact our office.

Jaspar
Jasper started with crowding of the lower teeth and narrow arches; Dr. Pellegrini treated Jasper with braces in just 11 months. Jasper is a talented musician and a fantastic young man. He is off to New York's Pratt Institute with his new smile!
 Davis
Davis originally presented to the orthodontist with severe crowding in the early mixed dentition, and a pattern of guided tooth eruption was initiated. Davis was in treatment with fixed braces for approximately 23 months and finished with excellent occlusion.
Dayton
Dayton originally came to the orthodontist with a desire to improve the deep overlap, crowding, and rotations of his teeth. Look at how much bigger and bolder his smile is after 19 months of braces with Dr. Pellegrini.
Gerald
Gerry came to Dr. Pellegrini with a desire to fix his crowding and blocked-out canines. He was treated in approximately 23 months of fixed braces.
 Gianna
Giana initially came to the orthodontist with a desire to correct her upper and lower crowding, rotations and excessive overbite. She was treated in 16 months of fixed braces at Pellegrini Orthodontics and finished with excellent occlusion.
Jamie
Jamie came to the orthodontist with significant crowding. The canine teeth were completely blocked, and forced to come in on the sides because of the lack of space. In 22 months of braces, Dr. Pellegrini was able to give Jamie her fantastic new smile. Notice how Dr. Pellegrini was able to correct the position of and guide the canine teeth which are important for not only aesthetics but also function.
 Jassmyn
Jassmyn came to the orthodontist with a complaint of crowding and proclination. Dr. Pellegrini was able to transform her smile through 23 months of full braces, without the removal of any teeth. Note the change in smile width and the great occlusion.
Lance Lance came to Dr. Pellegrini with 3 missing back teeth and crowded/protruding front teeth. Notice how much the upper teeth overlap the lower teeth in the ‘before’ photo and how much they change after treatment. Dr. Pellegrini was able to use the spaces from the missing teeth to resolve the crowding and reduce the protrusion, and avoid Lance having to have dental implants to replace the missing teeth.
Dr. Pellegrini provided Lance with an even, balanced bite which is healthier, easier to clean that looks fantastic. Lance’s treatment time was 24 months, and he now has a much brighter, fuller smile.
 Madison
Madison intially had a deep overbite, and an asymmetric (tilted/uneven) smile line. Dr. Pellegrini was able to create Madison's beautiful smile with 15 months of full braces. Note the improvement in the overbite and the even, symmetric smile. Madison is a competitive cheerleader and her smile is something to cheer about!
Michael
Michael initially presented with a chief complaint of lower jaw retrusion, excessive overjet, excessive overbite and a desire to improve his bite. Michael opted for functional appliance therapy with a Herbst appliance for class II correction in conjunction with fixed braces. He was treated in approximately 22 months overall and finished with excellent occlusion
Olga
Olga first came to the orthodontist complaining of the fact that she had to force herself to show her upper teeth when smiling, as shown in this photograph. She had blocked out teeth and a partial cross-bite. Dr. Pellegrini was able to transform her smile through 20 months of braces. Note the more relaxed, balanced and fuller smile and the positive facial changes that were achieved.
Svetlana Svetlana initially had a small upper jaw, a full cross-bite of the front and back teeth, and severe dental crowding. Notice how the upper teeth fit inside the lower teeth. Dr. Pellegrini treated Svetlana by widening the upper arch and just 20 months of braces. By widening the upper arch, Dr. Pellegrini was able to bring Svetlana’s teeth out of cross-bite and treat Svetlana without the removal or extraction of teeth. Note the fuller smile and facial changes that were achieved.
Tiarah
Tiarah started with a deep overbite (overlap) of the front teeth and excessive overjet. Dr. Pellegrini treated Tiarah with clear (ceramic) braces along with 'turbos' to help speed up her treatment. What a difference and only 11 months of braces!
Zinnia Zinnia first came to Dr. Pellegrini with very severe crowding and protruding front teeth. Because of the crowding, the canine teeth were forced to come into the sides and into a cross-bite relationship. Some of her front teeth were being worn excessively because of her improper occlusion, or ‘bite.’ Dr. Pellegrini treated Zinnia with fixed braces for 24 months. She loves her new smile and now has a much healthier bite.
Dan Dan is a dentist who was desiring not only aesthetic, but also functional enhancement to his smile and bite. Dr. Pellegrini treated Dr. Dan with ‘invisible’ (aesthetic braces) in less than 12 months. Dr. Pellegrini has treated several doctors and dentists, and it is the highest compliment when other health care providers entrust Pellegrini Orthodontics with their orthodontic care. |

my doter bru msuk 18m tp gigi skali gusi dh senget efek kpda puting kosong..lelangit dia mcm senget..dh tbentuk lorong ke kerongkong berat ke kanan sbb doter ai ska isap puting sebelah kanan...skrng bila sengeh nmpk mcm ni ">" not mcm ni "="..agak2 klu dh kekal mcm tu, bila pkai braces nt ok blik x?doter ai ni bkn stkat gigi ja tp dh mlibatkn gusi skali...ada dentist x kt cni mohon pncerahan... |

tengok pic ni iols kesian kat adik iols yang aada masalah gigi besar.dia bukan jongan..sbb gusi dia x jongang pun. cuma gigi dia terlalu besar sampai terkeluar dari mulut..ada jumpa doc gigi untuk buat braces. den doc kata seperti d atas la, dia boleh braces gigi tetapi kemungkinan dia pakai braces tu utk seumur hidup.sebab rahang gusi di atas dia dia sempit dan kecik,jika gigi di susun sekalipun doc kata 'xda ruang' so doc bagi solution dia nak pakai braces utk selamnya ataupun terpaksa buang dua gigi didepan(bukan gigi rabit). aku dah imagine mcm mana rupa..takut gak jadi 'hodoh' kan normaly gigi manusia 6btg d hadapan sebelum gigi garham kecil.kalau d buang akn menjadi 4batang...
kalau gigi adik iols tu ok my mom xkan nak braces tp kecian my adik bukan setakat org kata dia man jongang or man kangkung. dia pun payah nak pronounce perkatan cth spr perfume,fungsi,direction,maintain.huh

pernah jugak ada gap kat gigi tengah. pegi tampal je, doktor tu letak apa ntah, dia buat itu ini, then dah nampak sama mcm gigi sebenar. gap pun hilang. dah 2 tahun lebih dah tampal tapi masih kukuh lagi. cuma kena jaga2 jangan gigit makanan keras guna gigi tu la. |

don't worry, anak u baru baby, baru tumbuh gigi susu, tengok la bila dia tumbuh gigi kekal besok macam mana.
Macam my daughters masa tumbuh gigi susu semua elok bersusun, tp bila dah tumbuh gigi kekal habis senget benget, crowding tak cukup space..hahaha...my sister is a dentist , dia kata memang keadaan rangka gigi my doter macam tu sbb me and hubby pon dua2 crowding ( gigi berlapis2), tp masih boleh di betulkan dengan pemakaian braces ....skang my doter omo 11 tahun, tgh tunggu semua gigi kekal dia dah tumbuh baru bulih buat braces. |

aku dulu pun gigi tak skolah.dolu dolu takut misi gigi, padahal gigi huru hara.
umoq 29 baru pakai braces.tuh diaaaaaaaaa tahap keberanian aku betapa lamanya nak kumpul. |

mahal tapi kalau tak salah braces ni katakanlah kos 5k...mayb kita kena bayar 1k dulu, balance byr sikit2 masa kita datang follow up...follow up tu kena dtg sebab doc akan ketatkan besi braces...masa follow up bayarlah 100 ke 80 ke...depend pada perjanjian kita dengan doc...masa datang follow up leh tukar getah braces warna warni...hehehe...
iols nk buat crowning..kalau tak salah crowning kat msia ni 700 sebatang...tp iols takdok sponsor...mak bpk iols pun tak nk sponsor |

cantik tapi harus dibayar dengan kesakitan jugak. sakit woo pakai pendakap gigi ni. tambah lak gigi atas bawah. ada yang kena cabut bagai.  |
