mmg bermasalah .. nak2 lagi yg AMT.. manual tu kurang skit probnye.. AMT ni byk sensor2.. mcm pakai BMW plak..

Dulu Savvy Manual aku pun ade problem jugak... tapi skrg dah selesai dah...

Jujurnya, Savvy bukan produk yang gagal, tapi Proton MEMANG tak pro-aktif tangani problem Savvy nie... Tolak problem2 nie, Savvy mmg kereta yang seronok drive...

TT area mane... kat area KL ni ade 2-3 bengkel expert renault... leh cuba RS auto puchong, Renau Tech area PJ atau kalau nak dak melayu Savoc, leh try Dell Cun Auto.. http://www.facebook.com/groups/326365197442566/ pomen Osman Baba... leh cucuk PDT untuk check problem.. tapi kalau stakat tertuka ke N tu common problem... fulusss...

You can say I'm pretty much a regular customer at R.S Auto in Puchong, a Proton Savvy/Renault specialist workshop. In fact I have put up a glowing review of this workshop on my blog which provided direction and answers to numerous Proton Savvy owners around the country whose having problems with their ride.

I send my car for regular service there every time and this year alone I went there twice already. The last time to change my brake pads which costs RM110.00 a set. Yeah they still charge a reasonable price for their labor and parts. It's only that their service had gone from friendly to indifference. I went there bright and early in the morning, around 10:00 AM when the place has just opened. No one else was there yet, I'm the only customer and yet they don't even cared to say hi or greet me, their returning and paying customer. Mr. Ho, the head mechanic doesn't give a hoot about you anymore. Most of the time he'll past all the work to his crews. I wonder if he does anything at all.

If I had it my way, I would like to take my car elsewhere to somebody who cares or at least give some semblance of courtesy. The only thing stopping me from visiting some generic Proton workshop is their exorbitant fees. Perhaps R.S Auto has got so successful, they've drown in their glory. R.S Auto sucks. The place is filthy and the service is dreadful. I'm not recommending this place to anyone again.

RS Auto now moved to sri muda, the Hoe is not the Savvy / Renault specialist anymore, now just sit and tinkling away / chatting with china girl friend on his mini ipad or maybe have bigger business than the w/shop business ??? leave to a young trainer (his relative - heard is ex-wife brother) and his younger and an old old brother 1/2 past 6 skill to do the work, and his elder sis sitting in the office ? completely changed!!!!!! RS auto glory have gone!!!! wanna to service or repair your car? leave there(min 3 days to a week!!!!!!!! ) and they say will need to test drive and surely finished off your petrol and till have to refill and ask you to pay? 1 full tank (1st time - no need to refill but kosong tank back to me!!!!) and 2nd time with 1/2 tank still not enough and have to top up RM15.00 and dare to ask me to pay for it - saying they need to test drive the car!!!!!! Their young mechanic took the car to & from (home in kajang to shah alam w/shop) to test drive the car to find the faults? Never to them again!!!!! being regular there - will switch to other w/shop - maybe to renaultech william? Hope they are good?
