Team Support/ Admin Assistant -PJ
Job Details: -Provide general admin support to management/department -Manage office supplies -Makes appointment, travel arrangements, meetingarrangements, check and process claim -Answer calls and manage the front desk -Input sales order in the system and process customerinvoicing -Follow up customer payment -Process payment for department
Requirement: -Min diploma in business administration or equivalent inaccounting/ finance - Min 2 years of work experience - Knowledge of MS Application (Word, excel, Powerpoint,Access) -Good attention to details and numbers -Preferably with experience of administrative and technicalprocedures. -Customer oriented
