Seoul: Beberapa hari selepas Apple Inc melancarkan iPhone 5, sudah tersebar maklumat Samsung Electronics akan melancarkan varian terbaru Samsung Galaxy S4 pada Februari 2013 di Kongres Mudah Alih Dunia di Barcelona, Sepanyol.
Mengikut satu laporan Korea Times, varian terbaru S4 yang disasar meneruskan legasi super popular Galaxy SIII akan ditampilkan dengan skrin 5-inci, besar sedikit daripada 4.8-inci pada SIII.
Seperti dijangka dalam sebuah telefon pintar generasi terbaru, peranti itu akan dipadankan dengan perkakasan dan perisian terbaik yang boleh ditawarkan Samsung.
Tampilkan perubahan
Akhbar itu yang memetik seorang pegawai Samsung berkata, sebahagian besar daripada perubahan yang akan ditampilkan nanti akan berada di dalam peranti, bukannya bahagian luaran.
“S4 akan menyaksikan sedikit perubahan luaran tetapi mengekalkan rekaan empat segi sama dengan konsep separa bulat di bucu,” kata pegawai itu.
Telefon pintar terbaru itu dijangka mengekalkan pelbagai ciri istimewa pada Galaxy SIII termasuk sokongan untuk menggunakan rangkaian LTE (4G) dan penggunaan pemproses keluaran Samsung Exynos dan Snapdragon dari Qualcomm, bergantung kepada negara di mana peranti itu dijual.

samsung selalu laju...baru tadi g midvalley tengok note 2...duk pikir2 nak s3 or note 2..dah ada khabar angin nak keluar baru...memangler di nafikan tapi confirm akan keluar gadget baru punya...bila je xpasti..kalau dia iyakan habislah sales note 2..semua pakat duk tunggu s4  lagi pulak note 2 lebih kurang s3 designnya... |

Samsung Galaxy S4 Release Date: February, Mobile World Congress 2013?
There are lots of rumor arising about the Samsung Galaxy S4 release date, specs, and features. The latest rumors are supporting that Samsung will reveal its next generation flagship phone in Mobile World Congress 2013 event scheduled for February next year in Barcelona, Spain.
We have reported earlier about the expected specs of Galaxy S4 as leaked by the Korean times. The Galaxy S4 may feature a 13 MP camera with dual-LED flash, 4.8-inch OLED screen with 1366×768 stock resolution, bigger battery, Android 4.2 Key Lime Pie, edge-to-edge screen, and a better housing body as compared to Galaxy S3.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Release Date
Samsung Galaxy S4 Release Date is not yet confirmed by officials at Samsung, even they are denying any such device is in development. They said that they are currently focusing on releasing the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 worldwide, whereas a 24th October release event has been scheduled for Galaxy Note 2 in US. Recently, T-Mobile, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular has officially announced the availability of Galaxy Note 2 on their network whereas AT&T and Verizon are still silent on the release of Galaxy Note 2.
According to the MWC 2013 organizers, Samsung is going to have a press event on 2nd day of the conference where it will unveil some of its new products including Galaxy S4. We are expecting a whole new revamped design for Galaxy S4 as Galaxy S3 is not so efficient with its looks and received the mixed reviews from users all around the world.
In coming weeks Nokia and HTC are going to launch their new flagship Windows Phone 8 devices, LG has recently released its news quad-core phone Optimus G on AT&T, Apple iPhone 5 released just a month ago and few more new phones from other companies will soon hit the market also. In this situation what you are planning to do? Are you going to wait for the release of Galaxy S4 or settling down with other options available in market?

The inevitable Galaxy S4 rumours continue to rack up, and this time around, the successor to the Galaxy S3 apparently has an April 2013 launch date. The report initially from Samsung news blog Sam Mobile said according to "fresh rumours from Korea", and the new smartphone has been labelled internally by engineers as Project J.
According to a Samsung "insider", Project J will make its debut in April.
Earlier rumours said that the Galaxy S4 would be announced as early as the Consumer Electronics Show next month. However, an April launch date would be more in sync with previous launch windows. The S2 was announced back in April 2010, while the S3 made its debut May of this year.
So far, rumoured specs for Galaxy S4 indicate that it might come with a 5-inch display, which is a tad larger than its 4.8-inch predecessor. It is also rumoured to come with a 1080 display, a quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera.
The same insider who spoke to Sam Mobile, also added that a cheaper Galaxy Note 2 would launch in Europe but did not specify a launch window. This lower-end Galaxy Note 2 reportedly will have simpler specs, and it won’t come with a stylus or AMOLED display technology.

BARCELONA, Spain--Samsung Electronics will unveil its next flagship smartphone, theGalaxy S4, on March 14, CNET has confirmed. Samsung is set to send out invitations this morning to a "Samsung Unpacked" event in New York for next month, CNET has learned. While the invitation contained little details, CNET has confirmed with a high-level executive that the Galaxy S4 will make its debut there.
After the blockbuster success of the Galaxy S3, anticipation has surged for the successor to the Galaxy S franchise. The Galaxy S3 last year emerged as a true rival to Apple's iPhone, even seeing accelerating sales after the iPhone 5 launched late last year.
Indeed, Samsung's tease will likely overshadow many of the other announcements at Mobile World Congress, which like the Consumer Electronics Show has seen its relevance diminish as the major players opt for their own announcements. HTC last week debuted its flagship One smartphone at its own global event in London and New York.
Earlier reports pegged the launch to occur on March 14, and there have been loads of specifications that are rumored to be included.
Among them is a rumored eight-core Exynos processor, a separate eight-core graphics processing unit, a 4.99-inch SuperAmoled display, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera with 1080p video capability, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and the latest version ofAndroid, known as 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
Samsung told CNET that it is also considering embedding its new security software, Knox, into the Galaxy S4.
