Suso, 19, found himself under investigation after using a derogatory word to describe a photo posted by team-mate Jose Enrique at the end of November.
"What the f*** is he doing? This guy is gay...he does everything except play football," Suso tweeted after the Liverpool full-back posted a picture of himself during a teeth-whitening session. |

Ben Smith of BBC Sport reports that Sterling has agreed on the terms of a contract offered by Liverpool FC that will see the young English international remain in Merseyside for 5 more years. The contract will reportedly see him jump from earning £2,000-per week from his youth contract to around £30,000. Sterling is expected to put pen on paper before Christmas day.
After tying down the likes of Suarez, Agger, Skrtel, and Shelvey to longer contracts, securing the 18-year old’s future in Liverpool has been closely monitored by the Anfield faithful. With a lack in striking options, Sterling had to step up to the challenge of sharing this burden with the more seasoned Urguayan, Luis Suarez. Despite his young age, Sterling has proven to be a viable scoring option for the Reds— leaving the supporters excited for the player’s future with the club. With Sterling himself keen on continuing his development in Anfield, a 5-year contract would mean the Kop will have front row seats to watch this young talent reach his full potential with a Liver bird on his chest. |

Reds to face Zenit in Europa League
The draw, which took place in Nyon on Thursday afternoon, paired Brendan Rodgers' side with the Russian outfit for the fixtures which will take place on February 14 and 21, 2013.
The first leg will take place at the Petrovsky Stadium.
The draw for the round of 16 also took place on Thursday and should Liverpool progress past Zenit, they will face the winners of the clash between FC Basel and FC Dnipro.
Fixtures for this round will take place on March 7 and 14, 2013. |

Echo: Sturridge set for medical
Daniel Sturridge is set to undergo a medical on Sunday as he prepares to make a £12million move to Liverpool FC.
The Reds are ready to complete the deal with Chelsea after a dispute with the striker's representatives was resolved.
It emerged earlier this week that a fee had been agreed with the Londoners for the 23-year-old frontman but there was a problem over the cash demands of his agent.
LFC boss Brendan Rodgers was always confident the issues would be sorted out but warned the club wouldn't be held to ransom.
He was prepared to walk away from the deal and had lined up Paris Saint Germain striker Kevin Gameiro as an alternative option.
However, an agreement has now been reached and Sturridge is expected on Merseyside on Sunday to have his medical.
It's unlikely there will be any official confirmation of Sturridge's move to Anfield until after the transfer window opens on January 1.
Sturridge, who has four England caps, has scored 24 goals in 49 starts and 47 substitute appearances since his arrival from Manchester City in the summer of 2009.
He enjoyed a successful loan spell at Bolton in the 2010-11 season when he netted eight times in 12 games. |
