Powder Coating/ Painting Technician
Johor -  Johor Bahru (Terbau II)

Responsibilities:

       
•                 Ability to control the key quality parameters , a. thickness ; b. colour ; c. cosmetics finishing.
         
•                 Ability to set-up the process parameter , a. degreasing agent composition ; paint viscosity ; drying time and temperature.
         
•                 Ability to design and fabricate the jig and fixture for the hanging of the parts while painting.
         
•                 Ability to define the period method in check and ensure the process parameter.
         
•                 Ability to performing training to the workers on the skill of painting.
         
•                 Ability to participate in the cost estimation on the calculation of the cost of part.
  

Requirements:

       
•                 Meticulous & able to meet assigned deadlines
         
•                 Hardworking & able to work independently
         
•                 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
         
•                 Experience in the set-up of the Painting Line , both Powder and Wet Paint
         
•                 Understand the key process parameter that affect the quality of the product
         
•                 Understand on the key facility set-up parameter that affect the quality of the product
