Masalah dengan CONTRACT kerja

Salam,

Sini aku nk mntk pendapat forumer sekalian, aku keje baru beberapa bln, tp keje ni tak suit aku, jadi aku de try apply keje lain, then dpat plak... tp mslh nye, aku ade 3 months notice period, and the other company tu takleh tnggu lame... pastu, aku igt notice period aku tuh boleh nego, jd aku talk ngn Project manager aku, dia kate anta surat resign die try cite ngn HOD... pastu aku boleh benti ujung bln ni.... tapi masalah nye skg,HR call td kate company ni takmo bayar gaji aku... aku dah ar tgh kopak, koyak rabak....die kate sbb aku bg short notice, jadi dorg takmo byr gaji aku.... pastu aku call bapak aku mntk pendapat, bapak aku kate, ckp je, nk abes kan 3months notice period tu, tapi bile dpt gaji blah je....

okay, so itu cite die.... jadi pe pndpt korg? camne nk buat?

Skg ni aku keje bhgian teknikal IT, and company baru tu aku masuk bahagian Sales & marketing Exec.. aku nye contract ngn company ni 1 tahun, 6month prohibition period... dlm mase 6 bln prohibition period ni, diorg boleh sack aku bebile je dorg nak, tp kalau aku nk benti kene bg 3bln notis...

apa offer letter ko tulis?
time probation, berapa bulan notice period?
notice period tuh utk both parties, even company nak sack pun kena ikut notice period jugak..samaada serve notice period, or pay in lieu..unless termination due to disciplinary issue

selalu notice period masa ko under probation..ngn lepas probation lain ...cuba ko baca ko nyer offer letter balik..kalau ko still under prob..selalu notice period 1 month jerk..or 2 weeks..takder sampai 3 bulan..manager yg dah  kerja permanent nak benti pun 2 bulan notice jerk.. ko ni kerja as director ker?

nape aku pon 3 bulan notis? masih dalam probation, 2 3 kali aku repeat baca ayat tu tetap sama x berubah jadi 1 bulan atau 3 minggu notis

dlm offer letter aku, tulis , 1 year contract and 6 months probation period....3 bln notis benti keje... tp aku dah talk ngn project manager aku, die suh anta surat resign, aku anta, pastu hod aku dah approve ujung bln ni benti keje...pastu td HR call aku, kate aku bg short notis, jd gaji takde.... amende ntah!!!! company ni nmpk je gah, tp since aku buat reporting finance software utk company ni, aku tgk dorg takde cash yg byk pon, yg ade cuma credit debit je... bagero nye company!!

pastu yg tak logik nye lagik, die kate kalau aku nk gaji, aku kne byr 3bln nye gaji...ape kejadah????

dia takde tulis, sblm n slps probation....tp die tulis 3 bln  notis je utk benti keje, dalam contract 1 taun tu.....

bapak aku kate, gaji masuk besok, ckp kt HR, nk continue, tp pas dpt gaji blah je... camne? klo aku buat gitu?

Terus je gi tmpt bru..smentara tak ada duit ni pnjam la pama ke dulu..lorat betul company ko..kalau ko habis 3 month notice..takut company baru tak nak ko dah..benti je..

ala, mls la nk nyusah kn org tua aku..... sian dorg..... aku igt nk bg duit lg ade la..... company ni mmg siol doh, klo org interview, pastu ade qualification tinggi, n demanding sket, die trus reject... aku dgr je kt dlm ofis,... siap kutuk2 lagi bdk2 yg demand2 tu.... ergghhhh!! geram lak aku.

Offer letter dh stated 3 month, klu short notice kna la salary inlieu . Janji Mulut project manager tu xleh pakai la nmpknya since hr dh ckp mcm tu....

ikut ko lah weh..kalau aku,aku blah je..kalau ko tak nak mintak..pinjam je la dulu..kalau ko stay..takut kerja yg baru pon tlepas..then ko tak ada kerja..3 bulan tu lama weh..ko ingat company baru tu nak tunggu ko..blambak org lagi dia boleh amik..

1st thing 1st, tt patut tender resignation lepas jek duit gaji masuk..lepas tu baru boleh cerita..ni berani mati bg sebelum gaji.. kalau ikutkan mmg x salah pun hr buat mcm tu..sbb short notice kan..kalau tt blah camtu jek pun kemungkinan surat akan smpai n mintak uols bayar mana2 yg kurang dr tempoh notice tu..da try tt sendiri cakap dgn hr?..kalau x, mmg kena ikut jekla cakap hr tu..

xtaula kalau bila tt bgth kt hr yg tt nk keje balik, hr boleh release gaji mcm tu jek..hr da makan garam byk da..tau trick staff ni..

kompani ko ni kompani apa..aku ni byk kali laa melompat lompat ..so far takder plak company wat regulation ko kena  anto notice 3 bulan even ko stil under prob..selalu kalau 3 bulan notice tuhvafter probation.. before prob ko kena anto 1 month notice jerk..kalau ko after prob anto 1 month notice masa ko under prob ko 2 weeks notice jerk..
